Park Royal Cancun - All Inclusive

Everybody was awesome, and very accommodating. Met some great people, too. Great location, right near the mall and an easy right to the clubs at night. Couldn't have asked to stay in a better place!

The staff was outstanding. The rooms were clean and the food was great!

This was my first stay at Park Royal Cancun - I have no complaints. The staff was nice, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the beach/pool wonderful. The pool staff was good fun. Mario/Leonardo best bartenders ever!! Rum Runners were yummy. The location was perferct. I've always stayed closer to the action but staying further down the strip away from the action was a nice change. I would definitely stay at Park Royal again.

Exellent hotel, food and hospitality. Great location. A refreshing stroll to the nearby clubs, wine bars and shopping area, plus local buses runs every 2 minuties. No in-room coffee maker, shampoo, iron, tooth brush or toothpaste in the standard rooms. After each shower, the floor was saturated with water. I am quite sure the problem was only in our bathroom and not the others.

Great time. Warm weather. Location of Park Royal is in proximity, close to, many other locations to visit. I've stayed here before, but was closed out last year, because I waited too long to book the reservation. The beach is the widest I have ever seen it here. Almost 100 yards wide. Two rows of thatched canopies on the beach near the hotel with comfortable chairs. Don't worry about reserving a chair at 7:00 a.m. If you're out by 8:30 a.m., (towel booth opens at 8:00), you can sit, shaded, near the pool or on the beach. More of the tourists seem to be Spanish speaking, but no problem. All the workers seem to be bilingual. I avoided the time share people. Just use your blinders and will power to avoid them. Hotel is no more than 200 yards from the Isle shopping mall on the lagoon side. The shuttle buses are just $1. Although all-inclusive,there are other great places to eat close by.

We stayed at the resort most of the time, the location is ideal, as there is plenty to do at walking distance. The staff was very very friendly. The food was great, always something different. The beach was incredible, and well maintained.

Food and drinks were great. Close to downtown! Would stay there again.

The hotel was very entertaining, the people made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. The beach was very clean and beautiful , the pool area and drinks were awesome . This has been the best hotel or resort I have ever stayed in;-);-)

We went there to relax and on our 2nd day there we were going to go out and see the sights but instead we got tacked by the hotel sales team to buy a vacation package and salesperson said that he would only take an hour of our time and in the end it took 4 hours in 1 day. We would have enjoyed the resort better if the hotel beds were a little longer in length. I am only 5 foot tall and my feet were reaching the end of the bed. It would have been better if there were some complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and after sun lotion. So to obtain those items I needed to go to local Walmart and buy them. Thank god that ride on the bus was not as bad as expected. We have done been to other all inclusives resorts and they offered those complimentary items, the beds were bigger. Wish there was another restuarant to eat at. The Italian Restuarant was good, but the buffet was fair and cold. The food was luke warm nothing was hot only the weather. There wasn't enough ice in our drinks. WE have another suggestion, don't talk to anyone at the airport asking to buy excursions at a cheaper rate, its a scam to get to a time share presentation. Its really hard to find someone that speaks English.

We had the all inclusive package but the food was horrible. Even worse, they had NO selection for our kids. I was literally made to give back a box of cereal and yogurt that I could not take from the dining area...seriously??? Staff broke a plate and cut my ankle, I requested band aid and stuff to clean it out and after 30 mins of waiting, never got either - even after asking for the dining area manager. Spoke to the Concierge to complain about everything especiallly the food and her response was well aren't your kids staying here and eating for free....yes they are but they still have to eat you dummy! 7 days of eating hot dogs is not exactly nutritious. That said it all when even the management didn't care about how many complaints I had especially about my kids. I would never stay at this hotel again.
