Radisson Hacienda Cancun

DELUXE MY BUTT! It took forever to find it! When we did we were very alarmed at the location. Everything was so hurried we didn't have time to even think. [...] check-in only to get a small dingy room with a view of a MacDonald's sign. The pool was mossy and dirty. The hotel was doing construction work so the jack-hammer was in full use. We decided to leave within a 1/2 hr. citing our complaints but were still forced to pay $185.00. O[...]. $185.00 will get you a night in the Hotel Zone, a beautiful safe 5 star Hotel, PLEASE do not waste you money here. [...]

after being robbed the manager would not call the police or let me use the phone since cards were already used had to beg just to call a 800 #

The Radisson Hacienda wasn't terrible but it was not quite what I expected. We had trouble communicating with hotel staff while ordering room service and the price of phone calls that cost us quite a chunk of change more than intended. It was very noisy so we slept with the air conditioner on just to block some of it out. The walls were thin, too. We could hear our neighbor having too much fun one night and then being sick for hours the next night. Speaking of sick, my husband and I both got sick after eating in the restaurant. The bed felt gross as did the floor. I slept fully clothed and did not want to take my shoes off. The poolbar was never staffed while we were there and the building casts a shadow on the pool for most of the day. On the flip side, the staff itself was very friendly. My husband walked to the bus station without me to check it out and said he did not feel comfortable so we ended up cabbing it the whole time.

good location (near Cancun central bus station), service not bad, my only major complaint is it can be noisy in hallways (people slam their doors, which need to be pulled tight to lock but you can do this without slamming),[...]

Hotel is ok for short stay. I would only stay if your not going to be their long.

The Radisson Cancun was not what I expected. The location was an inconvienence. For the price I paid, I expected a little more. The rooms had mold in the bathrooms and the beds were as hard as a rock. We tried to switch rooms, but they were all the same. The pool, tennis court and grounds keeping was very nice, but I would have rather had a comfortable bed.

While staying at your hotel we experienced great customer service, enjoyed some time out in the pool, and got to go visit Cancun's hotel zone and went to Isla Mujers. Had a great time just wish the comfort of the bed in our room was better. It was to hard and not comfortable, to the point that my sister had a sore back for about 3 days after our departure.

I arrived at hotel around 8:30. I was told they did not have a record of my reservation and I should find another hotel. No offer of help. Told me to use the pay phone but I did not have pesos. I had dinner at hotel and kept checking to see if a room became available. I showed them my letter of confirmation many times but they did not care. I was not on their system. I made a pest of myself until they finally at 11:15 they gave me a room but I had to give them a security deposit of 2000 pesos. Needless to say, I was exhausted. Addtionally, my luggage did not show up until 2 days later.

we got free shutle from the hotel to be beach which was great because we din't had a car and at the beach we were able to use the private club, the pool and the beach chairs.

The hotel was good for a short stay. We only stayed one night. The rooms have a mildew smell. That night was raining heavily and the water came in through the window seal.
