The ocean water is warmer, clearer and more peaceful than the beer at the bar near the sexy and noisy pool. Good buffet. Beautiful sunrise. Very clean and well kept. 10 minutes bus to downtown or shopping at the hotel zone. Good and relaxing atmosphere. "OLA, Cancun" !!

Great winter vacation
The staff here are a 10, Rooms are Clean and nice, beds are awsome, the food was execelent The beach is this resorts weak spot as there are boat piers on both sides with seaweed washing up daily. This was our second time and we will be back again.

great couples vacation
This was our 5th time and it was great. The food, entertainment, and atmosphere was excellent; better than in previous years. The bartenders were very nice but sometimes the service was slow. You needed to tip to get their attention. The drinks were just OK, and not comparable to the rest of the resort. Many drinks were very weak and lacking flavor. I would encourage the resort to upgrade the quality of their drinks and consider making more beer selections. I have made this suggestion in the past couple years and they haven't changed. I may stay at a different resort next time

2 Michigan travelers
Great vacation
Got a room with 2 beds, asked to move us to a room with one bed. Front desk couldn't do it that day, but were able to move us the next day, and to a better room. We didn't do the 'welcome (timeshare) tour' but saw a lot of people taking it. The food was excellent! Food at restaurants that didn't require reservations was so good we didn't want to go anywhere else, didn't want to get dressed up for the specialty restaurants anyway. Crew is very funny and there is no pressure to participate in activities if you don't want to. Variety of ages, everyone was having a good time, some wilder than others, but no one looked uncomfortable by what was going on. Service by waiters was very good, but if you tip the level of service goes to excellent. Remember to bring your own cups, the ones they provide are small. This was our 4th time at Temptation and we will definately be going back.

Adult Vacation
Very nice hotel although the food wasnt very pleasant and the staff atomatically thinks their intitled to a tip for every little thing. Dont fall for the free gift because it nothing but them trying to make u buy a time share for their resort and u end up waisting at least an hour of your time. if u plan on a nice quiet get away then this would not be the hotel for u, the partys dont stop untill at least six in the morning and u will hear every bit of it.

Not for everybody
My experience at this hotel whas not at all what I was expecting. I wanted a place where I could rest and enjoy the beach. The hotel is very noisy (Lot's of alcohol and testosterone) and the beach front not interesting (small, full of seaweed and squeezed in between to marinas). I left after 2 days... Is there anything more to say.
