Temptation Resort and Spa - All Inclusive Adults Only

Checking in to the hotel we were greeting with a very friendly staff person who showed us a map of the place and asked us about premier membership. We were too tired from traveling and not interested in discussing a tour or the premier advantages, so this was sort of a turn-off but that's her job. We had the same experience with booking a ocean view room and getting a ocean view if you leaned over the balcony and looked for it...but we were OK with the room because it was near the quiet pool and we chose to be in a quiet area over making an issue about it. He offered us another room upstairs with two full beds, which we found to be much more comfortable when we visited new friends in their room upstairs, but we still liked the stiffer king sized bed. We did not pack properly, preparing for jeans and dressier attire for the nightly themed nights. You must adhere to dress policy for these events...so I went in boxers only and not sexy ones...but I was not the only one....it was fun. The lingerie night was impressive, and a lot of fun. The Paty'o bar was very entertaining each night and I don't think the place was dead at all after dark...you had fun things to do from the event to the bar and the pool afterward if you chose to go. The nightly activity lasted until 9:00, the bar was packed with loud music and dancing until 2 and the pool was open until dawn. The only real downside was the number of single guys...bromances or "bro-circles" as my wife called it. Why would a group of single guys go to a resort where there are no single girls? It was weird, but we met some single guys that came alone that made the trip more fun. The activities were fun and the cast let you be as crazy as you want...but don't go if you don't want to see naked guys and girls. A lot of topless women and during the activities guys and girls can get naked...and the music near the Paty'o bar is loud...so get a room near the quiet pool if you can. We found this to a quite fun and enjoyable place to stay...you can do anything you want really, but if you want to get naked just for the sake of it and expect others to appreciate it then book Desire or Hedo...if you want to be not pressured into anything and have the option of showing things off...then this is. The cast is great and they make things fun and don't humiliate those who don't participate. I think this place is the perfect medium if you are curious and want to have a really good time. Thee place is not state of the art modern, there is some room for improvement, but you don't stay in the room much at all and the people you will meet are fun and interested in the same things you are...which is adult fun and relaxation. It doesn't take long to get really comfortable approaching strangers and making friends. There are also a lot of regulars and that makes it easy to make friends and come back when they do. We will be back, for sure. You can relax away from the party atmosphere, on the beach. We stayed at the sexy pool because that's where you party and make friends. if anyone goes here and complains about the music or the fun...didd you read anything about this place before you booked your trip??!? The boobs cruise is A LOT of fun...if you have a chance to book this through cancuncare...do it. But you will drink a lot and get naked. If you want. :)

The staff at this hotel, especially the bartenders and servers, were fantastic. Clean grounds and rooms. Food was good overall, the Italian restaurant was very good. The soups were not very good at any of the restaurants. The beach is very small & lots of seaweed, but they raked every day. The quiet pool is quiet; the sexy pool is loud! Paty o's bar will keep you dancing & drinking into the wee hours of the morning. Ask for a room by the quiet pool if you want to go to sleep earlier. Lots of single guys were there and we prefer a couples only resort; but fun if you are looking for an adult spring break type vacation.

Absolutely everything was amazing! The staff, the facility and all the new friends we met brings a smile to my face every time I think about it:) My husband and I can't wait to get back!

The staff, room and especially the people there were amazing,everyone young and old, man and woman were friendly, open and super fun to a fault. Wish everyone in my everyday life was as cool as the '' Temptaters''

We had the best time the staff keeped the drinks coming the food was not what you would get at home but was very good. The room was nice and clean. For the money you cant beat it but you have to go in with a open mind we all are adults so it is what ever goes. This was our second year in a row going and mabe again nex year.

My girlfriend and I booked this trip 2 days before leaving, and we based it almost solely on time and price. We were extremely pleased in the quality of the resort, activities, and food. The all-inclusive nature of the resort was a bonus, with drinks being part of the package. Also, it was adults-only, so that meant no kids running around spoiling the relaxing atmosphere! I'd recommend this resort to any couple looking fora fun, relaxing getaway.

We highly recommend this hotel, this was the third time my wife and I stay at this hotel. The beach is calm, the sexy pool very exciting and the quiet pool where we spent most of the time was gorgeous.

Had a great time there, food was excellent, drinks were good, wish they had more variety of beer. Activities were fun. Beach has a little seaweed, but was nice and warm. Quiet pool is the best, clean and great temp.. sexy pool is a little on the warm side. They will hit you up for "timeshare" they call it repeaters program.. just tell them no if you are not interested and don't put any money down. ($20 usually they ask for to hold your hour apt) if you don't show up they keep it.. wasn't worth my time. Overall, I would definitely go back again!

We had fun, but there isn't much to vary from in the way of food. Although all the food is great here, you get tired of it if your eating here for more than 5 days. They do a great job of doing something with the guests each and every night. We enjoyed it and would go back, just for not as long.
