Very good airport hotel

... although not quite on the airport grounds, it's an easy walk across the freeway over the pedestrian pathway. Or you can just take the free shuttle leaving every half hour.
The impeccably clean rooms are of modern design and bathrooms stone tiles add character. Although right in front of the freeway and the airport, the soundproofing is perfect, no noise comes to disturb your sleep.
There is also a strong wifi connexion in all rooms.
OVerall, relatively nice place to spend an overnight by the airport as it is sometimes needed.

The hotel is a quick shuttle ride from MEX. Room and beds comfortable and quiet not super glamourous but very adequate. A little slow on check-in but otherwise attentive staff. Always someone there to lift heavy bags even if only a few feet away. Great buffet breakfast included with the room. I would stay again.

The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly, it has a very nice lobby, I didn't try their food since all I wanted to do was eat out... The only con is that the bed is rock hard, I did not get good sleep, if you can, take your own pillow, the pillows here are as flat as a folded sheet. Other than that, everything was good.

Perfect location for travelers to Mexico City

I guess I'll start with the good points. The location is perfect for travelers who want to visit Mexico City. Most tourist destinations are a short walk from the hotel. If you do need a ride the hotel is more than happy to set you up with one. The rooms were very nice but had two problems. First the mattresses were very firm. The second was the water pressure. The water from the shower was barley more than a trickle.
All of that being said if my fiancee and I ever travel back to Mexico City we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is old fashioned (was built in 1907)
and has, in many aspects, the feeling of
a european hotel. Specially the Lobby, and
the Bar. The Terraza (terrace) which serves as dining room, is quite
interesting, with baroque columns, and
color glass windows.
The rooms are spacious, and comfortable.
And the staff is correct in their treatment of guests.

We have stayed at Eurostars for the last eight years, usually two or three times a year.
We like the location, the staff and the breakfast.
This time we needed special help and the "desk" was just amazing.
We cannot wait for our ext visit.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. The staff was SO friendly and helpful. Many of the staff spoke English which was a bonus for me because my Spanish is pretty bad. You can book (inexpensive) tours through the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel wasn't the best. The location was pretty good, close to nightclubs if you're into that. LGBT community is close by if you're into that as well.

This hotel was great! walking distance from many great restaurants and also from shopping areas. The room was excellent, very comfortable, clean and great size. The hotel staff was very helpfull to organize turistic stuff. Overall excellent experience. I will stay there again!

This is a good hotel in a not so good area. Great comfortable rooms and huge bathrooms. It's about 8 blocks off Juarez and then about 5 blocks to Zocalo. It's not the distance but it's a hardware/retail area and after dark it's pretty empty.

On the Reforma a great location and quite good place to stay. restaurants are good but the Bar needs some help. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.
The hotel is undergoing some refurbishing so some areas will improve.
Overall a reasonable place to stay with lost around or within walking distance.

Everything was wonderful, except, the hotel misled me a bit with regard to the daily charge for room upgrade/breakfast/happy hour services. I paid about $350 ($50/day) more than I expected. I would have used the "happy hour" more had I known I was paying for it!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, all the staff were so kind and generous with their time. The food in the Manhattan Deli was very good and the service by Alex was excellent. My only concern was the internet, the cost of $15 for each 24 hours was excessive I thought, but I guess the hotel needs to make a profit on all of its services. This was my 3rd trip to the hotel but had been many years since my last visit. Yes, I will stay there again, am contemplating another trip in 2014 plan to go to England to visit family in 2013. The United Nations Hotel, I was referring to the vast selection of people from around the world

I have been staying at this hotel on all my last trips, I find it very comfortable and the location is very safe.
However I think more attention should be paid to maintenance, such as broken table lamps and electric outlets not working in the rooms.

I feel the staff and the rooms are very good, clean and modern. The only problem is that they only have one restaurant, which can get a bit boring. However, the area where it´s located has nice cafes and restaurants.

I stayed at this hotel a few months ago on a business trip. I only stayed for a few days. It was very nice. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The restaurant had very good food. The TV cable wasn't great, but OK.

We chose this hotel because of its location beside Chapultepec Park and it was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful to us, especially since we brought with us very limited Spanish language skills. We did not eat at the hotel since we preferred discovering small local restaurants close by, but the buffet did look good. I would highly recommend the La FiestaMerican to anyone.

Nice, clean but expensive

The Crowne Plaza WTC is very well located if you have business in the area. It is very well appointed and has all the things you'd desire in a good business hotel. Nevertheless, it is expensive. Being the best hotel in the area they charge almost as much as luxury hotels in the Polanco area which are a notch above.

Two problems:
1) I have to request to cancel breakfast charges wrongly included (my reservation included breakfast)
2) They mishandled my lugagge
They didn't put one of my luggage in the taxi I took to the airport (they sent it later in other taxi).
Looks to me they were more interested in managing their comision with the taxi driver that control my luggage.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The only reason the hotel did not get a 5 is because of billing discrepancies at the Risoto Restaurant at the hotel. I got charge anywhere from 127 Pesos to 240 Pesos for the same buffet breakfast on different days!
Other than this, it was a good stay. Friendly staff, good location, clean rooms and a good gym.
