Amazing Birthday Getaway
The hotel is in a great location. Right across the street you have reforma 222 and a variety of different restaurants. You also have the zona rosa real close by if you want to go out for nice evening. El angel de la independencia is close by too. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was amazing. Always smiling, they answered all my questions and always helpful. We got a great deal for a great hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, small rooms, pictures don´t match hotel
Rooms were nicely decorated but small, great if you´re traveling by yourself or are a couple, not for 2 business men sharing a room. The location is fabulous. I was disappointed that the roof terrace that I saw on a picture on here was not at that hotel. Also, make sure you specify what bed you want in the double and triple suites since this booking site (which will not let me mention their brand name in this review) does not tell the hotel about your preference and you can get stuck with a room you didn´t want. More disappointed with this booking website than with the hotel.

handicapped on a business trip
If walking and climbing stairs were not a problem, I'd highly rate the hotel (although there were considerable strange and loud noises coming from the street at night). But, the chair lift from the street was never left on for my return to the hotel each afternoon, and the only chair in the room was a desk chair versus something comfortable to sit on and watch the TV.

Good business trip option
The Hotel staff was quite welcoming. Room extremely clean, but matress was so hard. Internet service had problems that were solved in two days. It is very conveniently closed to a mall (222) in Paseo Reforma where there are plenty of options for shopping, restaurants, pharmacies etc. The only concern was the lack of artificial light on the street at night, in a city that you should be very cautious due to potential dangers. Aside from that, everything was fine, lots of restaurants around.

Surprisingly good hotel in great location of Mexico City
This is the first time I have stayed in this hotel. I am a well seasoned traveler in Mexico City and this was a pleasant surprise. It claims to be in the Zona Rosa but is rather on the other side of Reforma, a more quiet location which I prefer. Rooms are up to date and comfortable. The hotel was booked full so I got two individual beds instead of a king size bed which I had requested. Staff was kind but late check outs could not be honored. I was surprised on how full all hotels in the city were.

You are close to attractions in Reforma and Condesa district. Short cab drives can take you to awesome restaurants in Col. Roma as well. I recommend Brick Hotel restaurant among others.

Excellent location at a reasonable price
This is a small hotel with only four rooms per floor. The location is very close to the business district and only three blocks from the excellent French restaurant, Les Moustaches. The room was small but well appointed. It contained a living room area with desk, queen sized bed, and well-appointed bathroom. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The housekeeping was very good. The only glitch was a coffeee maker that didn't work in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in ideal location
The hotel was very nice and modern with a helpful staff. The location was great as well. We were able to walk to Chapultepec Park to see the castle and museums and there were plenty of conveniences like stores, banks, and coffee shops within a couple of blocks.

There are a ton of great attractions in Chapultepec Park. We only got to the castle and the anthropology museum, but each were fantastic and could easily warrant a full day each.

The good, the bad and the ???
I got to the hotel at night just to discover that for some reason a water pipe broke at the hotel. I just got a chance to see the lobby which was nice and small. They had to transfer my stay to another location which was not far from this location, but that other hotel was not the same condition nor style than this one and its suppose to be the same franchise. Not a good experience.
