Good Deal for the Price
I had a very good stay at the hotel. They were extremely nice. Also the security of the hotel was very good. I was a little afraid of going to Mexico with all the violence and such, but it turned out very nicely. I was extremely please with their business center. As I do not carry a computer when I travel, I was very happy to see that the hotel had some. Overall I was extreme happy with the hote..

Mexico just passed a law that the shops and some hotels cannot except Dollars, so if you go to Mexico, get all your money changed here in the USA or in Mexico you have to show your passport and give your address etc.

"Great for my business meetings"
Checked into the hotel all was fine. Went out for dinner and came back. Went to take shower, there were no shower curtains. The TV remote controls had issues, and the toilet seemed like it had not been flushed in sometime, as the pressure when it did flush was overwhelming. The next day, they DID accommodate me, and gave me an upgraded room, which was nice. All there was fine, and overall , the hotel was conveinent, and well run.

a very sad experience in very poor hotel
unbelievable: nobody helped for the luggage as they were chatting, the heating took one day to repair, there was no slippers for the dirty carpet or bath carpet in the bathroom and the reception staff was totally unfriendly trying to make you feel very badly. They accepted the rproaches and they just came back with 4 chocolates, lucky we were not to receive peanuts like for monkeys. A real shame for a hotel that doesn't have anything to do with other Intercontinental hotels around the world. Please do not go...

Presidential Accomodations
The Hotel caters to dignitaries because of its proximity to the Embassy District. We were hard pressed to feel any less important than a visiting Emissary. The service was first class. The rooms were simple and elegant. The location was clean and safe.

Will stay again in this hotel!!
We went for a family reunion. We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is perfectly located. It was very secure to walk around the hotel area during night time. If I need to come back to Mexico City, this hotel would be my first choice.

Hidden charges.
Great place but when we got there they informed us that we had to pay for an obligatory $24 per day (that included Internet)... it's not bad but the way they impose this to you think is not absolutely nice... Amazing restaurants inside the Hotel ! some of the best in Mexico City for sure. Great hotel, great location, great views, amazing service... downside, bit old shower hardware, the hidden charges and a bit overpriced items (like a $6 single can of soda)...
