Great Headquarter Getaway

I have stayed at this hotel for years, since it was known as "Hotel Jena". I've never been disappointed. The rooms are quiet and clean, and the staff goes out of their way to be than helpful. I especially like the in-room safes and the selection of satellite TV stations. Their American breakfast is a great way to start the day. Definitely recommend this hotel.

For peace of mind, request a room with a safe, so that when you leave the hotel you can leave your valuables locked up, instead of carrying them with you.

our trip

Very good hotel , we stayed here for a total of 9 nights , the hotel is very clean and staff very attentive with its guests . on the down side the area at night time is very bad because there is alot of prostittion on Puente de Alvarado and even more on Zaragoza, but in the daytime there is alot of vendors and you have San Cosme mercado down the way . Be sure to get regular taxis and not the ones from the hotel as they with try to charge outrages prices .

birthday trip

hard to find by taxi. I loved the room--quiet and comfortable, but my son (who is a light sleeper) woke up every time he heard a door slam. very good staff at the front desk and we were very impressed with how the elevator was there within seconds of pushing the button! Big marble bath and beautiful marble lobby.

Reforma so called location hotel NOT Exactly

Well, the hotel is on a run down street two blocks from the Reforma. But other than that fact, it was a quality experience.

Average hotel

I stayed for one night at this hotel last week on a business trip. I felt tricked at first because the name is Ramada Reforma, but it's NOT located at the famous Avenida Reforma but two streets away from it. Its main entrance is on an ugly street filled with graffitti and prostitution. The staff was friendly and helpful. Howeever the worst was when I saw that one of my bed sheets had a blood stain on it !! I asked for another room and they immediately gave me another one.

Excellent Hotel Moderate price

I have stayed at the Ramada Reforma several times, and always have a good experience. I find the facility and amenities are comparable to hotels costing twice as much. The indoor pool is a big plus, the restaurants offer a good menu and are also moderately priced. I reccomend this hotel,

Trevelling to Mexico

I visited every possible site in Mexico. There is always something that one could have done, however I was satisfied with the activities that I have undertaken. the only issue is that even though the location is central however it is in the middle of a protitution area. At night it is impossible to hang out in this zone
