Holiday Vacation
Great hotel at excellent location. Walkable to a bunch of cafe's, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The lighting in the room was dim and all the overhead lights turned on and off at the same time so could not read unless ceiling lights were on. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Got us coffee machine and coffee, early morning drinks at no charge. Made our stay fab. Room was large and comfortable otherwise. Could use a renovation though. No pool but clay Mex sauna. 24 hr gym.

Perfect location
The staff were extremely helpful on every level, and very kind. There were a few issues, but were dealth with professionally and resolved quickly. The area is one of the nicest parts of the entire city. It is quiet, has some lovely parks, great landscaping. The mix of architecture, great restaurants and incredibly nice people make it a perfect oasis in a city of 25 million people. Highly recommended !

We had a fantastic weekend at the W Hotel in Mexico City. The location was great and the staff was super friendly and they always went beyond their normal duties to offer superior service. We had an amazing room with a fantastic view of Mexico City. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Mexico City and did not want to leave on Sunday. The Whiskey bar located in the lobby was awesome too for a nice relaxing cocktail after a long day of traveling. We are ready to return soon to W Hotel Mexico City.

A great Spanish restaurant about 3 blocks away with amazing food called Chiringuito. Go there and enjoy the wine and great tapas.

Great hotel
It was a very nice hotel for a good price. Wondergul room. Perfect location. Nice people. Service was great. The only thing I didn't like it was that they charge you 10% of commission when you ask for a taxi and add to your room bill.

First time in Mexico City
This was by far one of the best places for Mexico City. I was only visiting for less than 24 hours for business - and was a bit nervous going to Mexico City. The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful, room service was delicious and the room was beautiful. I am definitely going to stay here again upon my next visit to Mexico City.

W Hotel 3 day trip
Love this hotel. Staff is very attentive and accommodates many needs. If you forget your toothpaste, if you need more bottled water, etc. Love the Bliss Spa products. Very sleek and modern hotel. Very comfy beds and linens.

on a beach
Worn down
The W is in a great location, but the rooms are worn down. They charge a lot for breakfast, internet, taxis, etc. The rooms have no places to comfortably sit and are more designed for people on drugs rather than comfort. I have never seen such large rooms, but have no seating. The sink is in an odd place. The fact that the toilet runs and is so loud, friend had the same problem in another room. The fact that they "fixed" it by placing a piece of wood speaks to the overall quality of the place. Good place to go party, but you are overpaying for a place that looks a lot better in photos than reality.
