great location
Excellent location. Perfect if you are planning no rental car. Nice staff and good breakfast. Rooms are clean but most don't have outside windows, they face the inside patio or hallways. A good place to enjoy Playa.

A nice Italian mediterranean restaurant, great food and service. Also an independent coffe place on 5th, great fresh bread.

perfect girlfriend getaway
This hotel was perfect for us. There was a courtyard that served breakfast every morning, a pool bar at the roof for evening hanging out and it was 1/2 block from the beach.

My review of Illusion Boutique Hotel
Very nice location, staff was great. Not a luxury hotel but well worth the money. Very clean, safe,gives you a real feel for Mexico. .

Friendly Staff with low price
My wife and I went on our honeymoon and had a wonderful stay. The highlight of the hotel was how friendly the staff was and how helpful they were. The hotel is right next to a beautiful beach and right in the heart of the 5th avenue shopping. The room was small but clean.

Everything you need is just a short walk away. For more tourism you pay $2.50 a person and take a shuttle pretty much anywhere.

Perfect Location, Great Staff
The Illusion Hotel is in a perfect location in the ciy of Playa Del Carmen. 1/2 block to one of the nicest sections of beach, 1/2 block the other way to the main street (5th avenue). 5th Avenue is full of restaurants and shops - enought to eat a different, great restarant every night. The hotel staff were great, and the hospitality team (breakfast/happy hour)were excellent as well. If we were going back to playa del carmen, we would go here again, no doubt.

Génial!
Vraiment rien à dire! Le personnnel est accueillant (même si la garde de nuit ne parle pas forcément anglais!)...et aux petits soins!! Ma chambre a toujours été propre (séjour de 2 semaines). Le petit-déjeuner inclus est léger mais de nombreux plats sont à disposition à la carte! Un hôtel que je conseille vraiment....

Tout est à 2 pas! Même si ma chambre était peu bruyante, l'hôtel est tout de même en plein quartier animé donc chercheurs de quiétude absolue: s'abstenir! (préférer le quartier de Playacar)
