The Crown Paradise Club features 254 garden or pool view rooms and suites. Our spacious guestrooms feature private full bath with tub and shower plus hair dryer, make-up mirror, air conditioning, color cable TV 25" with remote control, alarm clock radio, coffee maker, safe deposit box, direct dial telephone, iron & ironing board.
This hotel is a beach front property where excitement comes to the families in the most comprehensive all inclusive. Is where kids get their own vacation with supervised activities and amazing Aqua Park with 9 slides and play ground area, this resort is wonderland for the little ones!The Water Park is out of service for maintenance
For your enjoyment, this hotel offers facilities & activities for the entire family, from beach volleyball to specific activities for babies, children & teenagers, offering secluded area for the parents to relax, disco for children, aqua park, baby paradise club and activities pool.

Lovers of sun and fun
Great family getaway
Staff was awesome, great service. Food was average. It could be a bit more healthier in the main dining. Too much deep fried. Snack bar was great for the kids. Drinks were plentiful, it would be nice for the adult smoothy drinks that you would use some real fruit instead of so much syrup flavors. The speciality resturants were awesome. French was our favorite. Entertainment was great. Hope to see you next year.

Nice vacation
Had a nice vacation, although it would have been much better if they had kid parties and activities every second nite. They had one beach party for both kids and adults together, and it was wonderful.

Awesome Family Resort
We stayed here in Feb 2012 and loved it. We didn't find any of the little problems people nit picked about on here. The food at all 6 restaurants was better than average, The staff superb and there were tons of things for kids to do. Just a super great value.

Good Trip and nice hotel
We have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years that we have vacationed to Puerto Vallarta. It is a nice hotel- The staff are very nice and the amentities are great. The food is hit or miss in the buffet, but the evening restaurants are worth going to. Make sure to make your reservations for them :)

Happy Couple from Philly
the best week of vacation ever!!!!!
This was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta and loved it, where do we start? Hotel room was fine not the best for sure, but it served its purpose clean and good enough to sleep through the night, after all we only used it to sleep. Staff went well above and beyond we know all about food and hospitality and these people in general were great, especially Paul in the pool area and at the Nitro club Jaime was just great to say the least. Ofelia, the waiter at poolside was super awesome checking on you every few mins and making sure you were ok, and Noe at the Palapas rest. and the beach he was just great never let your cup go empty, we even saw him on his day off in down town, he asked if we were ok and if we needed help to just let him know. I don't know anybody in US that could do that, really do you? The hotel was really good, all the restaurants were great I think the best one was the french one. Overall great, the only thing was the presentation to sell you a membership to own time shares which was ok and we said no to it but the manager Eric was unprofessional, he was yelling at the young sales person in front of us not cool. Other than that we recommend this place for sure.

Go to the flea market near down town. Learn to negotiate we got good deals by fighting for a good price with sellers.

Good for family with little children
This hotel is well designed for family with little children. My young daughter was real fun while the stay. As rating for adults, room was very clean although maintenance was poor. And food and beverage were ok, but I would go outside if stay longer (We stayed only for 4 nights). Totally, I am sure I got what I paid for. I recommended the hotel to stay with your children.
