Riad Flam is situated between the Bahia Palace and the Dar Si Saïd Museum, a few steps from the famous square Jemma El Fna. This ideal location, in the heart of the historical Medina, allows you to visit the « Red City » by foot.

Flam Braun, foreman and owner, is happy to welcome you into her haven of peace and well being. The architecture and design is the result of the knowledge of Moroccan artsmen and her experiences around the world blended together in harmony. The Riad holds its spa with hammam, jacuzzi, swimming pool and massages performed by Flam herself.

Riad Flam welcomes guests with 8 rooms and one suite, each personnally decorated by Flam Braun herself. A selection of fine bath essentials and linen will enchance your stay.

Savor our traditional Moroccan cuisine, during main meals as well as smaller snacks, will delight you wheather you choose to be served next to the pool, on the terrace near the Jacuzzi or in the privacy of our lounge and bar.
Only the freshest produce for the local markets are served to seduce your palate.

Its seethrough appearance and warm color recall water, sun and the summer heat. It’s a powerful purifier of energy that transforms negativity into positivity. SAND ROSE: This desert flower, who gives itself to the sunlight to crystalize, not only will it bring you serenity and warmth through the walls of this room, but it will also give you the opportunity to enjoy the Riad through a magnificent view. LINGAM: Representing both the male energy of knowledge, and the feminine energy of wisdom, but also a very powerful sensor of love, it will not fail to make you fall for the charm of this room, bordered by a small corner lounge it the adjoining passageway. EMERALD: The Aztecs called it « quetzalitzli », refering it to the Quetzal bird with its long green feathers, the symbol of the spring arriving. In its light, you’ll rejuvenate all while enjoying this spacious room with view over the fountain wall with its hallow and soothing melody.

IVORY: A symbol of Africa, just as gold, ebony and incense, of purity by its color, and strenght for who that holds it. A beautiful painting, reminding us that we all stand by the gates of the cradle of mankind, and its uplid rainshower create together a powerful atmosphere.

One finds a public parking at 200m from the Riad, as well as a taxi stand. At the entrence of Riad Zitoune Jdid is located the El Badi Palace and the famous Jewish quarter "Mellah".

Fantastic location, hidden gem

This was a beautiful riad, a short stroll from the central square and all the fab shopping. The staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious and we had one evening meal with them which didnt have any choices but was fantastic morrocan cuisine.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Bargain to at least one third of original price! Dont go with guides - they rip you off! It feels very safe! All local women where burkas so dress appropriately. p.s. we went in August and it was 46 C !! Hot Hot Hot
