- We are located in a quiet street, still only a five minute walk away from the vibrant Leidseplein with hundreds of restaurants, trendy clubs, hip cocktail bars coffee, shops and the casino. Amsterdam's main attractions such as the Museum Area, the Anne Frank House, the Jewish Museum the Royal Palace and the Red Light District are all at a walking distance of not more than 15 minutes. There also is a tram stop near the hotel. You also can enjoy a boat tour or browse through the flea market on the Waterlooplein square which is open 7 days a week and a must see for every visitor.

Great Location!
Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic, but very clean. Could see a canal out of the window. Great value for the money! Would stay here again.

Budget hotel - very basic but clean and location is good

All you need for a short trip
The hotel is a short walk to the center of town. Great for a short stay in Amsterdam. Our room had all of the basics you need for a short time.

Well located, cheap and confortable
Hostel is very well located in a picturesque part of Amsterdam, not quite on a canal but almost, I could see the canal from my window, very quiet. Rijkmuseum, flower market are at 15' walk, Dam a bit farther but still very well doable by foot. Room was not large but had one large bed, a table and enough room to walk around, and, clean shower/wc. I picked this hotel being one of the cheapest offer and I was not expecting such good quality for the price.

we ejoy staying at de looier hotel
we ejoy staying at de looier hotel very much very good location close to the center " laidsplain " and 5 minutes walking to the casino and ... best service you can ask . brekfest is from 8 to 10 a.m. --- our flight was on 9:30 so we ask for brekfest at 06:30 and got the best service you can ask just the 2 of us at 6:30 in the mornning having brekfest . many thanks

Excellent rapport /qualite_prix
Hotel situé dans un ancien atelier de joailler, avec confort agréable, personnel sympathique et dévoué. Petit déjeuner copieux et frais. Quartier vivant et securisant , surtout avec des enfants. Calme et bien desservi ; proche des canaux. beaucoup de charme
