Whether you're traveling to Amsterdam for business or pleasure, Ajax Amsterdam Hotel in city center is always ready to welcome you. Hotel Ajax is a two-star hotel situated in the heart of Amsterdam, just between the most popular and visited places in the city center: The Rembrandtsquare, the Damsquare and Amsterdam's famous shopping street, the Kalverstraat. Hotel Ajax is located so very central in the city center, that it's right in the middle of all popular main tourist attractions. Beautiful city view from the hotel. The Rai Exposition can be reached very easily by tram number 4 without any stops over. All rooms are equipped with private shower, toilet, TV, safe, radio and in addition a DVD player. Hairdryer and iron can be borrowed at the reception (free of charge). There is a possibility to put an extra bed or baby bed in some of the rooms. Bicycle rental is available. Attention: Minimum stay of 3 nights if arrival is on Friday and 2 nights if arrival is on Saturday.

I would stay here again. The hotel

I would stay here again. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Facilities would be 5 out of 5 if our room had tea and coffee making facilities – it cost €2 per cup at reception from a machine, similarly internet access was available at a cost of €8 per day but only at reception. We were permitted to take our own food into the breakfast area to eat, which was a pleasant area to sit in with a view overlooking a large canal and main street area. The room was a bit noisy at times, the noise coming from other residents, but this did not disturb us too much from sleeping at night, we didn't need to complain. Also we needed to sleep in the afternoon after being out late at night and this was possible without disturbance. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

No AC in room, simple room, simple

No AC in room, simple room, simple breakfast. A bit expensive for a 2 star hotel. However, an excellent location right in the centre of Amsterdam.

Hotel location was great in the

Hotel location was great in the center of town, with access to train, bars and places to eat. Red light district was within walking distance and smoke shops everywhere.

Quarto completamente diferente

Quarto completamente diferente do apresentado nas fotos: dentro do quarto apenas cabiam as camas, tinha uma janela minima para uma parede. Este aluguer foi completamente enganoso.

Habitaciones sucísimas, no cambian

Habitaciones sucísimas, no cambian las toallas, las instalaciones son viejas y el personal muy desagradable. No tiene teléfono ni televisión ni secador ni plancha. La habitación que nos dieron no tenía luz en el baño ni funcionaban los enchufes. Se negaron a darnos el libro de reclamaciones. El peor hotel en el que he estado nunca.

Très cher car très bien situé

Très cher car très bien situé mais le reste n'est vraiment pas satisfaisant. La chambre était vétuste, sale, et très sombre.( pour celles donnant sur les façades latérales, par manque de chance propablement c'est elle que nous avons eu..mais à près de 120 euros la nuit..inadmissible !).Le fait de payer en arrivant est enfait une garantie pour ne pas voir la chambre et repartir !!

Manque de propreté. Salle de bain

Manque de propreté. Salle de bain trop petite. Manque d'aération dans la salle de bain ou se trouve les wc. Bien situé mais cela s'arrête là.
