Renaissance Hotel Amsterdam

Great location and very clean. Great amenities and helpful staff for tourists.

The hotel buffet breakfast at 25Euros was not good value. A very good buffet breakfast was available around the corner for half that price. The hotel charge of 24Euros for a 24 hour internet connection is outrageous.

I was in the Netherlands for work. I have not been to Amsterdam, so I wanted to take avantage of being there and see as much as I could in one evening. I picked the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel because of it's location - it is literally a 5 minute walk after getting off at the Amsterdam Central train station. Amsterdam is not that big, so the hotel location is really accessable to everything. The look of the lobby of the hotel is great - clean and modern. The rooms are also very nice. The room is spacious and also very modern. For some reason, I wasn't able to dail a local Netherlands phone number for my dailing card access to the US. I went to the lobby to look for a public phone. The concierge literally offerred for me to use his phone. Very nice guy. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the location and the decor. The staff is excellent. Just a great place to stay.

Definitely paying for location but for the price of the hotel, they will charge extra for every little thing. For a hotel of this calibur, I would expect just a little more.

Das Hotel ist liegt super zentral! Alles wichtige ist sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Personal im Hotel: NAJA Das Zimmer war super! Das Bett ein Traum! Im allgemeinen sehr sauber.

positiv Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich Top Lage und trotzdem nicht lärmig negativ etwas in die Jahre gekommen das Hotel ist ein Labyrinth Zimmer wurde erst nach 17.00 Uhr gerreinigt Extras sehr teuer Amsterdam ist wohl eine der teuersten Städte in Europa Trotz den negativen Punkten würde ich dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen und wieder hingehen

Très bon accueil. Hôtel très chic, belle présentation. La chambre est plus petite que les 22m2 annoncé. Il faut faire preuve d'agilité pour passer entre le lit et le meuble TV. Le matelas est d'une souplesse affreuse, mal de dos assuré. Pour avoir une aération naturelle au lieu de la climatisation, j'ai été obligé de bloquer la fenêtre avec bouteille pour la tenir ouverte. Lors du départ, la facture est mal expliquée. Elle est libellée à une société aux US, qui apparement est la Maison Mère de eBookers... A confirmer. Le nom du client apparaît quelque part en cherchant bien, et le numéro de la chambre n'est pas le bon... Pourquoi fqaire simple quand le compliqué existe. Lors du check out, de faire la queue comme à la Poste, et que lorsqu'une personne est dispo, me dit qu'elle ne peut pas maider, je trouve cela lamentable pour un 5 étoiles. Certaines personnes de souche anglophone, ne font pas d'efforts pour se faire comprendre par les gens qui n'ont pas la maitrise de l'anglais. Par chance, le concierge est très symphatique et avenant à la clientèle. Parfois moins d'étoiles offre un résultat bien meilleur...

Schönes und gut geführtes Hotel, wir hatten ein zustäzliches Bett im Zimmer erhalten (3 Erwachsene Personen) leider war das Zusatzbett praktisch ein Kinderbett.. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden, dem Morgenessen Buffet fehlte nichts und war sehr vielfältig.

Tres bon séjour dans cet hôtel, chambres familiales confortables et spacieuses. Petit déjeuner, super et copieux,choix,qualité. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien.
