Great value for money... If u get a good deal

Really nice for the price that Is usually paid in Amsterdam. We got a very good deal through one site (the other sites or directly on the hotel were more expensive). The location Is excelent and the room was what we expected. I shall return again!

Great dog friendly hotel, but parking ...

Really enjoyed our stay here. You are literally less than 2 minute walk from the tram and so close to everything else in the city. Walking distance to the Van Gogh and other museums, and the shopping district. There were two drawbacks: the parking is expensive and all the street parking is metered. Check with the hotel staff though, we went over Easter weekend and had 2 days free street parking. The other drawback was you had to use very steep stairs if the elevator wasn't available, and to get into the hotel at all! Might be a problem for some visitors. Overall though, I would recommend this hotel. Oh the rooms are small, but it's not bad.

The best tip: De Knijp traditional restaurant. The lamb was unbelievable. It was easily the best lamb dinner I've ever had. There was no wait for a seat, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable.
