Great Hotel!
Stayed here for 6 nights...and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great Hotel with all the amenities you expect for a 4 star Hotel. It's new...modern.....clean....safe...friendly staff. A little out of the way from downtown Amsterdam. I've stayed in many downtown area Hotels before, whose rooms are usually not that big....old....and no workout room/ indoor swimming pool, but I'll gladly exchange this for great rooms and facilities. Food and SkyBar are great, but pricey.

Cant be any better
Wanted to a splendid experience with my wife on our 4th anniversary. This hotel has got what anyone would ever look for in an extra ordinary hotel. Couldnt be any better. The welcome champaigne and roses just set the experience of a lifetime. Definately coming back.

Great w/end getaway. Walked to Leidensplein twice!
Hotel staff amazing - left our electric toothbrush and they sent it back ! Very well located for taxis to airport only 33 euros at 6am in a very fast Merc.!

clean, stylish & sophisticated
Very enjoyable stay. Excellent room service & nice fitness suite/swimming pool. Quick tram ride into city or 40 mins walk into city through lovely park. We hired bikes from Orange Bike shop at end of Oovertoom Road.

Great city hotel
Staff were friendly and easy to reach the hotel from the airport. 10 mins travel max. Room was a great size and cleaned daily. Was a very quiet and relaxing hotel. Although out of the centre, easy to use the trams to get in and out. Actually walked one day through the Vondel Park. Took 30 mins and a nice walk.

When getting off at the train station. Walk right 5 mins and you will be at the hotel. No need to spend money on one stop of the tram!!

All fashion no substance
Hotel Looked great but i think thats about it Look out for extras the there was no hot water Staff have a couldnt care less aproach to you and service is slow for it as if the staff are doing you a favour to serve you. I asked to speak to the manager about the hot water and was fobbed off with i will email you about some compensation and new never contacted.

Very Nice Hotel
The hotel was very nice, very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. It was a few minutes outside of town, but the public trams are only about two blocks away and very reliable. They run every few minutes and go all over town and directly from the train station.

Short drive from hotel
Leidseplein Square was a very nice area. It was full of venders and food shops. Highly recommended from a local as one of the top spots to hang out. There is a bus/tram stop there on the way from the hotel.

Not as expected, and not in a good way.
The hotel and staff were 4 star, but other issues dropped my ranking to 2 stars. There was supposed to be wireless internet in the room, but the signal was so weak it kept dropping me, several times at just the wrong time so I couldn't work properly. The hotel staff tried to say the problem was with my computer, which worked fine elsewhere before and aftert this trip. The description says the hotel is approximately 2 miles from the airport, but the taxi cost 34 euros each way, so it's 2 miles as the bird flies. The location wasn't convenient. The quality of the room and amenities were excellent, but be warned about the loacation and internet.

Gutes Preis-/Leistngs-Hotel
Sehr sauberes und modernes Hotel. Das Hotel scheint neu zu sein, modern und sehr gut Ausgestattet. Das Frühstück finde ich mit 18.00 Euro zu teuer, ist aber von der Auswahl o.K. Die nächste Tramhaltestelle ist ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, und geht so auch noch nin Ordnung.
