Nothing to rave about
In the U.S. this would be a three star hotel. However, by European standards the room and bathroom were large. The restaurant had a breakfast for 19 euros which we thought was excessive, and there were no other options, like a lighter continental breakfast for example. We found a nice place to get full breakfast for less than half that cost but it was about a 10 minutes walk. I asked if I could have my husband's suit pressed and they said yes but it would cost same as dry cleaning it so I ended doing that even if it only needed pressing for 15.90 euros. The clerk did not offer for me to borrow an iron and ironing board which I later read in their binder they could have lent me. So they were not very helpful. Location was close to the World Forum and Madurodam but far from most anything else.

Long walk from hotel
Generally, restaurants are divided into those that are open for lunch and those that are open for dinner. Some are open for both. The division is by location. Few are open for breakfast.

Bel Aire in The Hague
Was there for 1 week for business. The hotel was a very good deal at around $100 pn - can't beat that for a well located, clean and fully equipped business hotel. The people were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu is limited, but that was fine because within 10 min. walking distance was a nice neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants, cafes and shopping.

Great hotel for business and pleasure
This modern hotel is very well located, easily accessible and is very comfortable. It is 15 min away from the train station by public transport and easy to get to. It is ideal for a location near the centre but also close to a number of tourist destinations allowing for a short break during a business trip. There a a great shopping area a few minutes walk from the hotel with a number of restaurants to choose from. The museum is just behind and the Imax movie theatre is next door. Service at the hotel was very good and the staff is very friendly. Everything went well during my stay.

International CRNA
Average hotel close to World Forum
I was in Den Haag for an international meeting with my mother, fiance, and child. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. The hotel was within walking distance of the world forum which was convenient. This would not be top choice if you wanted to be in the center of the city because it was a 15 minute tram ride into town and at times, the tram was overloaded with people. The closest tram stop was a 5 minute walk which normally is fine, but with a small child needing to commute and walk a lot was not ideal. There was no continental breakfast and the restaurant was really expensive. The lobby bar was okay. The bartenders were great! The biggest problem I had was not having a clock in my room.

Short walk from hotel
There is a shopping street about 10 minutes away on foot. There are bakeries, butchers, fruit stands, wine and cheese stores, a grocery, etc.... That is the way to go for lunch and breakfast meals and maybe to go and get snacks for your room. The only problem with snacks is you have only small ice trays to use to keep your foods cold (cheese, cold cuts, some fruit)

The Hague, Bel Air Hotel
We toured from the Hotel and it was realitively easy to reach the highways from the Hotel. We were able to visited excellent museums and tourist sites.lifetime experience. We drove to Madurodam - a miniature city (great for kids and adults too)

Comfortable room at a good location
Comfortable room at a good location in The Hague (close to Ominversum and Museon, near the tram station to go to the beach of Scheveningen or downtown. However, breakfast is very expensive (close to 20 euros per person) and the TV in the room is probably competing for the challenge of the smallest TV in a hotel room.
