A great appartment in a handy
A great appartment in a handy location for walking into Queen Street or the Viaduct. Our appartment was clean yet another guest complained that someone else's takeaway rubbish had been left in their room for them to find upon arrival.

The hotel had all we required
The hotel had all we required and more, it was rated as a studio, had we known before hand that it was fully equiped we may have be more prepared to bring food. as there are not realy supermarkets handy, although sufficient mini markets in the area. One is also not short on finding cafes, etc We would certainly use this Hotel again when staying in Auckland. Also from the saftey point of view every one comming into the building needed a swipe card, very secure.

2nd time staying there, room not as new feeling as it was last time, but still plesent. need more staff around reception as some delay in checking in & out. still a great deal & great location as a CBD base.

Excellent room on the 37th floor
Excellent room on the 37th floor with great views. Great to have all facilities inc washing machine & dryer. Only downside was the noise of doors closing in nearby rooms early one morning.

Fantastic views over Auckland
Fantastic views over Auckland harbour from a harbour view room. Rooms clean & tidy & staff very helpful. If you need carparking book in advance direct with hotel. Due to location can be quite noisy (lots of nightclubs nearby) but if you are high enough (36 levels) then you won't hear much.
