Beautiful Hotel at the airport.
We were in New Zealand for five weeks and this was the best value and most elaborate hotel in our trip. Walk out the front door and you are in the air port.

Excellent hotel in great Location
The Hotel is right next to International arrivals and very convenient after arriving on a long haul flight. We had an issue at check in as they were unable to find our prepaid booking and we were given a free upgrade as an apology, without asking. Great service. The room was spotless and an average size. I would definitely recommend this hotel for location alone. Note that there is a bus stop just outside International Arrivals/the hotel which will take you to the domestic terminal (runs every 15 mins) and takes about 5-10 minutes.

Great hotel and great price
The hotel was clean, quiet and in a great location. The staff was very friendly and we loved that it had two rooms and a balcony. Also there was laundry in the bathroom. I would definitely stay again.

Great Hotel
Great service from the get go, friendly staff, even the porter who happened to be in the lift with me was very friendly. Room was amazing, for the proce range it was one of the nicest i have stayed in.

Very Convenient for the International Traveler
We stayed one night at this very impressive airport hotel. All things were geared toward the traveler including a monitor in the lobby that showed flight status. We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the International Terminal at Auckland Airport and we had an early flight. We were so surprised to find the Ikea-like room decor that was clean and efficient. The room was comfortable and we loved all the glass in the bathroom. They did a nice job making you believe that you were not actually at an airport hotel. I would recommned this hotel.

No wake-up call
Okay, I don't want to sound like I'm nitpicking here, but as an Airport Hotel the wake-up call is a pretty important amenity. It was 14 minutes late. Fortunately I had a backup alarm set, but the last thing that one wants to worry about at an Airport Hotel is receiving an accurate wake-up call. We were told at ***check-out*** the reason the call was so late is because the automated wake-up call system was broken and they were making calls manually. If that's the case, bring in extra staff!
