Good hotel, clean and comfortable
Good hotel, clean and comfortable room. Great location. The only thing is that the doors are quite loud when closed, which is rather annoying during the night. We were woken up on a number of occasions by another hotel guest closing their door throughout the night (on the opposite side of the hallway from us) due to loud noise of the door closing.

Good central location next to
Good central location next to a park, we got the 10th Floor Harbour Views, but they also have park side outlook, reasonably priced secure basement parking, valet parking but you can park your own, short walk to queen street - hilly, quiet - away from the night life noises, looked recently refurbished room - tidy/modern, basic amenities in room, air cond in rooms (old style but works well), overall I enjoyed my stay, Thanks Hyatt!!!

Got a great deal on a room here
Got a great deal on a room here - and found it clean and comfortable. It's an easy walk to the downtown. Best of all: the gym and spa area are great and the pool is beautiful. A perfect weekend getaway

our stay at the Hyatt was great
our stay at the Hyatt was great - great rooms & clean, not fa from the wharf, a bit hilly but a free bus goes close by, ok to walk to the wharf but back is a bit hilly. good for exercise though. friendly staff very welcoming thanks.

Overall the Hotel was great, location
Overall the Hotel was great, location and staff were fantastic. The rooms were for a twin share a little smaller then most other hotels but this would have been overcome if it wasn't for the kitchen which let them down. We ordered a laksa and a tandori chicken - the laska was cold and the chicken was barely warm but terribly dry. It's a shame as it's a great hotel.

Great location
Excellent indoor pool and sauna. Spacious and clean room. Location within short walk to central Auckland and wharf. Staff friendly and helpful. Did not eat at hotel. Would stay again.
