Find this a really nice hotel
Find this a really nice hotel to stay at. stayed in the Residence Tower side which is the newer side, but find the decor tasteful and spacious rooms.The gym and spa complex is a great place to spend a few hours. Stayed here 2 times now and find all staff extremely helpful and pleasant

Loved the views. We've stayed
Loved the views. We've stayed a few times at the Langham Hotel in Symonds St and although the rooms are more luxurious the view is usually over a carpark, rooftop or into someone else's apartment. Would be very happy to stay at the Hyatt again!

stayed in a residence room - modern
stayed in a residence room - modern decor and very spacious. Did not have time to experience time at the spa, but staff show us though a couple of the spa rooms and gym complex - definately going to do next stay

I enjoyed my staying at Hyatt
I enjoyed my staying at Hyatt Regency Auckland with big smile. Especially, with reception and at the bell. They are so helpful and I could read thier attitude towards me was so heatfull. I was so much in good mood when I checked out and want to be back soo. Thank you very much for your hospitalities!
