Nice Hotel right Downtown
The location is easy to find although an address would have helped as opposed to corner of X and X. Lobby is very nice, complimentary drink was appreciated. Free parking was also appreciated. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Internet was a bit expensive but that is standard in Aukland. Very much enjoyed my experience.

Rendezvous Hotel in Auckland
We stayed here in Auckland for 2 days and found the spot quite conveninent. Not too far in the city centre so that its too far from highway 1 and its a nice short walk to queen st. where you can find many delicious korean, chinese, turkish, etc. foods. From there, if you walk north you head straight towards the quay st and the ferry grounds. You can walk from any place in the city centre conveniently within 10-15 min. This hotel even offers free parking if you have a rental car. The biggest problem with this place was turning into the parking lot (at least for us); the streets were one-way and 2-way making it a little annoying to get around back if you miss the turn in. One of the best trips I've been in for awhile.

clean, friendly, luxury hotel
We enjoyed our stay at the Rendezvous. Great location and very comfortable and welcoming.We especially enjoyed eating at Danny Doolans Pub on the waterfront. Reasonable and so good. Walking from the hotel down toward the harbour on Albert St. there was a nice Micro Brewery called Shakespear Hotel & Brewery and an area which housed several asian eateries which were very good.

Hotel is gorgeous, great restaurants, bar, gym, pool, sun deck, rooms are rather large, great bathroom- seperate shower and bath tub!! Good closet space too. You also have a control in the room before you leave if you want to put on the do not disturb or make up room, it lights up outside your room.

This Hotel is absolutely amazing
This Hotel is absolutely amazing bang for your buck! It is a 5 star Hotel but 10 - 20 minutes walk from the hum of the Viaduct Basin. The quietness of the rooms far out weighs the cost of a cab fare!!! ($5.80) We will definitely be back!!

Parking, was told parking was
Parking, was told parking was $12 a night. but when i went to pay for the parking i was charged $28, not happy.
