If you have arrived off a flight and require a pick-up from the airport, please call us on our freephone number (0800 256 343) once through customs. After calling us please make your way to the Pick-up Zone under the Premium Carpark. Please note this flight transfer service operates from 7:15am to 2am. This service does not operate on Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Outside of these hours we recommend the taxi firm Gold Band ph: 379 5795.

A little dated but very clean, didn't feel an earthquake and the owner gave us a ride to the airport when we left so all good.

This was a wonderful hotel with great service, just exemplary. The pool and gym were great. The food was wonderful with fast service. I would gladly stay at this chain anytime.

We stayed at the hotel after a long journey from San Francisco. The hotel was lovely, and much better than we expected. It is a little removed from the city center, but the hotel gives you a free bus ticket to town. The bus stop is just across the road from the hotel, and buses run twice an hour. There are not any restaurants nearby so we opted to eat at the hotel, and the Patterson's Restaurant was fabulous. One of the nicest meals we ate in New Zealand, although we did not know it at the time, as this was our first night there. In all, it was a wonderful stay.

We stayed in a motel type unit which was a last minute deal and reasonable reduced in price. However, we would not have paid full price to stay here, the room although modern was unclean and furniture shabby and dirty. Most surfaces were covered in dust and we had to clean the handles of the kitchen units and the glasses before use. However location and surroundings were good.

We had an early flight out of NZ and then a late arrival back into the country. 24 hour shuttle service, front desk service and food availability meant we were catered for very well even when we were very tired and hungry. Rooms basic but this is the sort of place you stay when needing somewhere to stop on the way to somewhere else. Had a breakfast (nice range of choices and an excellent buffet). Dinner had lot choices, tasty and well presented. Staff very helpful.

Expected to pay a lot more for a hotel within airport, but this was fine. Only 2 minutes to Interantional terminal. Wake up call at scheduled time & free Shuttle. Restaurant excellent with buffet or a la carte options. Polite & helpful staff. would stay here again when early flight departure required.
