This one night romantic say was
This one night romantic say was disaster from start to finish. Arrived to find the restaurant closed, which had we have known in advance it wasnt open we would never have stayed here. Switching on the TV the remote controller didn't work was cracked through TV picture reception on most channels was snowy, room service was operating food average. Electric blanket on one side of the bed not working. The whole room was covered in a layer of dust. No soap in the bathroom. An odd arrangement whereby there was no mini bar, but you purchase drinks from the reception in packs. Tea coffee in the room but no milk provided. The reception was phoned as soon as we discoverd the remote controller for the TV was not working but she couldnt have cared less. The rooms are detached from the reception surrounding a lake and therefore too far away on a winters night to go walking around to the hotel reception asking for milk, soap and new remote controller. We just wont be going back.

We stayed in a motel type unit
We stayed in a motel type unit which was a last minute deal and reasonable reduced in price. However, we would not have paid full price to stay here, the room although modern was unclean and furniture shabby and dirty. Most surfaces were covered in dust and we had to clean the handles of the kitchen units and the glasses before use. However location and surroundings were good.

rooms were clean and tastefully
rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, however ours had nowhere to put our (large) suitcases, and nowhere to seat the two of us apart from the bed. Reception staff very average, however Buli our waiter in the restaurant was great. (and what a smile!)

reception assistance very good,
reception assistance very good, not impressed with restaurant staff who were very dismissive when we wished to have coffee, drinks and food at about 9pm, rather rude, but the room service staff who subsequently dealt with our request were very pleasant and the food a good standard.
