The Marque Hotel Christchurch Rooms

- Rooms range in size from 23 square metres to 28 square metres. All the rooms have flat screen LCD tv's, in room air conditioning control, double glazing. Some rooms have excellent views to the southern Alps. All rooms have Free broadband (download limit applies) , ipod/MP3 docking station and the usual amenities from a four star hotel like complimentary tea/coffee, iron ironing board, mini bar. All rooms have an in room safe big enough for a laptop.

We stayed for one night on arrival
We stayed for one night on arrival in Christchurch at the beginning of our holiday and were extremely pleased with every aspect of the hotel and service we received. Well located in easy walk of the city centre. The service on reception was faultless, nothing being too much trouble. The room was modern, comfortable and spottlessly clean and most importantly quiet, resulting a goood night's sleep. Overall exceptional value for money compared to other more expensive hotels we have used on previous visits.

Pretty good hotel...fairly new
Pretty good hotel...fairly new and good service. Parking is expensive and valet only. The only part I didnt like was valet parking concept...sometimes had to wait for ages in order to get my car. Otherwise a good hotel, good location and good rooms. Highly recommended.

We spent 2 nights there. It's a very neat and modern equipped hotel with excellent location. The service is thoughtful! One queenbed room is a little bit small but still ok.

The Marque Christchurch is an
The Marque Christchurch is an excellent hotel- stayed there five nights The hotel is about 3 mins walk from Cathedral Square - the tram stop is next door to the hotel. The InterCity pickup/dropoff is at the back of the hotel. Easily recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

We arrived late at the hotel,
We arrived late at the hotel, Thanks to the most reliable service from Jetstar, however, got serviced and received a room within minutes of arrival. Room was a little small but clean and well presented. Checkin staff advisede that we can stay till 12noon but it was not shared amongst morning staff. It was a bit annoying when morning staff started calling at 11am asking for checkout and then also visited out room to ask the same thing.

We have just returned from a week's
We have just returned from a week's holiday in Christchurch where we stayed the The Marque. We were very happy with everything and the staff members were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. It's in a great location to great places to eat as well.
