The Interior and Exterior details were amazing. Upon check-in we were directed to the old style lift with manual sliding doors - what a trip.

Good modern hotel just a short
Good modern hotel just a short walk from city centre of Dunedin - impressive old style exterior but modern rooms (if on the small side) and bathroom. Note parking is done via valet as no parking facilities nearby. Everything you'd expect from a Mercure and as a place to base in Dunedin for a few days then can recommend. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Hotel and staff were very nice
Hotel and staff were very nice but the room was a bit small for a family room. (2 cups for a family of 4 and no space to move around one of the beds). But Overall, it was value for money and comfortable
