Very comfortable, great amenities
We stayed in Rotorua for just one night. The motel is on main Fenton Road, where all the motels are located. We were given a room at the very back and it was nice and peaceful. The Waiotapu thermal park is about 20 mins drive. Definitely worth a visit! We spent about 2.5 hours there. Sharon, the hostess of the motel, is a wonderful, very helpful lady. Would definitely recommend this place.

Short drive from hotel
We were disappointed in the Tamaki Maori Village tour. Too much of a tourist trap and way over-rated. Disappointed in the food too - boiled carrots, potatoes, peas, coleslaw, rice salad, potato salad, rolls (plus the hangi chicken and lamb.) Dessert was fruit salad and pavlova. Hardly "authentic" maori. The "cultural show" itself was less than 1/2 hour.

Rang Motel prior to arrival.Greeting was warm and friendly. Sharon offered to make Restaurant booking for dinner. Room was spacious, colour scheme neutral and tasteful creating a relaxing and peaceful environment. Just what we needed. Private Spa pool in room was delightful. Had all the essentials for our stay.Easy walking distance to eating places. Will defintely stay here again.

Great little Motor Inn, plenty
Great little Motor Inn, plenty of room for us, staff were friendly, and although on the main road we didn't hear any traffic.

A very good idea to have the spa
A very good idea to have the spa on automatic close down otherwise we would have been tempted to use it late at night. We loved the depth of the spa but would have preferred a separate shower because getting into that tub just to have a shower was a bit of a struggle. Overall an excellent hotel which I would recommend to friends.

Le seul reproche que j'aurai a
Le seul reproche que j'aurai a faire mais celui-ci s'applique a tous les motels de Rotorua est que les murs sont tres fins et il faut esperer sur le civisme de ses voisins. L'equipe est vraiment tres sympa et arangeante....a l'image des Neo-Zelandais!!!
