Soo comfy
Possibly some of the best rest we got our whole trip was here. The beds were so soft, the view was pretty good, everything was clean and the inside of the hotel didn't smell like the sulfur known to Rotorua. It was just a little north of town so walking to/from dinner walking wasn't really a choice, but with a car, it's great!

Most shops close before 8pm and a lot of the restaurants in town seemed to close their kitchens early... try and eat/shop earlier in the day if you can, we found that hard to do due to all the activities we did during the day.

It was nice to come to this hotel
It was nice to come to this hotel at the end of a long drive and the friendly staff were welcoming, we had a lovely room with a beautiful view over the lake, although our stay was short we enjoyed it very much.

Fantastic hotel, excellent facilities with its own spa pool that you can access until late at night and its own maori show. Shame we could not spend longer

Well placed facility and friendly, helpful staff...heavy bags were handled by staff (a service which has become a novelty). Spacious room with good lighting and good sized bathroom - with bath!

Well priced hotel with all the basics covered. Very good selection of pamphlets for travelers. Tidy and clean rooms. Would stay there again if watching the budget. Was pretty quiet with room at end of the hall. Bed was a bit average, but no complaints for the price. No complaints about this hotel. Pretty good value for the money.
