Wai Ora Lakeside Spa Resort Rooms

- The studio rooms are of a high standard and furnished in the first half of 2008. Flat screen LCD televisions and comfortable sofa seating. The colour scheme is in blues and grey with touches of red. There are nice light coloured wooden storage drawers as well as the minibar and drinks area. The bathrooms are medium in size and are in a modern style with shower only.

The room was small, but very elegant.
The room was small, but very elegant. Lovely bathroom sink and a glassed in shower. Very pleasant, although (just a minor thing) the scent from the automatic vapour device was a bit overpowering. Very relaxing environment outside, quiet, right on the lake front, lovely gardens and water features, etc.. Dinner was excellent, food superb and presented well. Breakfast was also presented well but not cooked quite as nicely as dinner. Egg over-cooked, got the wrong order for my partner, not clear what was included in the breakfast and what was not...again a minor thing. Loved it otherwise and would go back without hesitation.

Lots of attaention to details in this small boutique hotel .Small but well appointed decorated rooms with quality toiletries and guest commodities. Quiet setting but if your triip to Rotorua was to enjoy the view from your room then the description with "all rooms have views from the terrace patios" while accurate would be a disappointment
