Very good hotel, with nice and friendly staff. Despite very central location, it was surprisingly difficult to get there by car (traffic regualtions close to pedestrian street)

Service minded staff, clean and nice room. Very good location, near railstation, Denmark ferry, shopping area and close to P-house. Overall very good alternative for staying in Kristiansand city center.

Wonderful 150 year old hotel. Beautiful features in and out. Undergoing renovation but that did not cause a disturbance.
The staff was helpful and friendly. Commendations to them.
The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Would love to stay here again.
Location was perfect for bus and train travel.

Front Desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has only a small pay parking lot otherwise you have to park on the street (free until 8 am) or in the local parking garage ($$).
When the decor was last updated in the 90's I'm sure it was nice. Now it is just tired worn and somewhat musty smelling. I expected better of a Radisson especially compared to others I have stayed in.
Breakfast however was excellent and the room was quite quiet.

Parking in the closed hotel backyard is too expensive (approx. 11,50 Euro for one night) on top of a not exactly cheap hotel room.
