Past its prime
Front Desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has only a small pay parking lot otherwise you have to park on the street (free until 8 am) or in the local parking garage ($$). When the decor was last updated in the 90's I'm sure it was nice. Now it is just tired worn and somewhat musty smelling. I expected better of a Radisson especially compared to others I have stayed in. Breakfast however was excellent and the room was quite quiet.

Short walk from hotel
There is a small waterfront plaza with several restaurants across the street including the reasonably priced(for Norway) Dolly Dimples Pizza, which was quite tasty.
