Crowne Plaza Salalah

Overall it was alright. Lots of amenties including swiming pool, tennis, golf, ... etc. Hotel is a bit old so could benefit from some renovations. Staff is generally friendly but can improve its service delivery, potentially through training. One disappointment was that we through the breakfast was included in the price, but only found out there that we had to pay extra (about $20 per person). The same happened with others who used Expedia. Generally, food quality can be improved, although it was ok.
