It was OK for the price, however when I asked for a bill the hotle refused to give me one. I have booked other hotels before in Peru via internet and they had given me a bill.

The Antigua Hotel was very nice and well located. The staff was very kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, because the hotel was created as part of an old mansion, the room was very cold all day. There were also smells coming from the kitchen and due to the humidity in the room that made the room and the lobby of the hotel uncomfortable places to be in.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The internet services worked well and the staff were incredibly friendly. My stay in Lima was really enhanced by the comfort of the hotel. The location was not ideal for tourism, but it was very good for business meetings.

Good hotel on the way to Machu Picchu

Very comfortable hotel. It is about 3 miles/5 KM away from the main attraction of Miraflores and Larcomar. It cost about 8 soles to get from the hotel to these areas. You are also about the same distance to Downtown Lima going the opposite way. If you like the Casino life there is one in the hotel and one on the hotel accross. Breakfast was good. Coffee was the best coffee in town. I will recommend this hotel to the traveler who will like to save. The Inka and Indio Markets are a great place to shop right before you get to the Ovalo of Miraflores between Arequipa and Petit Thouars Avenues. The Magic Circuit of the Water or Parques de Las Aguas is about a mile up from the hotel, it is a great place to see at night time. Right after that is the Estadio Nacional where we saw Peru beat Paraguay 2-0 in the 2014 Brazil Qualifier. Great town. Hotel is very helpful but do not have too much information on the surroundings.

The hotel is a comfortable, well kept property. The staff are helpful and friendly. I don't speak much Spanish and everyone was patient when speaking to me in Spanish and the front desk staff were fluent in English. The location was central to different attractions in the Lima area and was good for our purposes. It was a lower priced area than the bigger tourist area of Miraflores which is not far away.

Fantastic business hotel

Brand new starwood property in Lima. Terrible location there is always traffic on Javier Prado (main street next to the hotel). Entry is deceiving, you reach a concierge desk before you can reach the front desk. Checked in late at night and it has more of a W vibe. The mood is set by trendy music and dimmed lights, a little too dark for my taste. Front desk staff and concierge were really professional and helpful. Check in was smooth, but not offerred any SPG preferences. Not even asked if I was a SPG member, which I was. As a gold member I wasn't offer late checkout as a possibility, which was later granted per my request.
I had a amazing view of the city of Lima. Amenities in the room were expected of a brand new Westin. Green friendly hotel, you need a key to activate the lights in the room.
Got in too late and left to early to stop at the restaraunt or bar, but seems inviting. Change your transportation services. Provide a convenient and affordable sedan service that can be used by your everyday guest (over priced). You always have the option of getting a cab in the street, but might be a little inconvenient for tourists.

Transfer to and from Lima hotel was a little on the steep side, but you do get delivered in a car from their plush fleet of Audi A6 or Toyota Camry.
The staff were extremely friendly - warm and welcoming and would engage in conversation.
Food was very good, you choose from either a standard, international restaurant and another which serves mainly Peruvian food. If you get bored with the hotel food, there are many other restaurants nearby.
Room was very clean with good views of the city.
Very close to Miraflores for shopping and restaurants (about 15 mins by taxi). Traffic can be horrendous, so allow an hour to get to the airport.

Top quality for the price

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. My husband was in Lima on business and I was joining him to experience the city, along with my 77 year old mother and our three boys. The hotel was great for all of us. It was very comfortable (loved the pillows and fluffy towels!) and an oasis to return to at the end of the day. The breakfasts were outstanding and the service top quality. Staff members were so friendly and helpful. While it is not in the heart of the city, we were happy with the location as it is a short taxi ride from anywhere. It was convenient and we could safely walk down the road to the water, experiencing some nice cafes along the way.

Our hotel is located in Limas main cultural- commercial and entertainment district. It is within walking distance of the best arts and crafts markets- coffee shops- boutiques- cinemas and nightlife. Just five minutes from the beach and thirty minutes from the international airport. Miraflores is known for its beautiful gardens and interesting architecture.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Unless you are looking for a more resort type hotel with a pool, health spa or casino, it's a great place to stay. The location was convienient for getting to all parts of Miraflores. I enjoyed my nights here.

The staff were very friendly and were obviously aiming to please. I had a specific reason to be there a week and so perhaps noticed more.
The airconditioning in the room was awful. All to often during the night the atmosphere turned clammy. The room was sealed as you would expect in a building 18 stories so no ventilation via a window which in anyevent you would never consider opening as a consequence of a building site across the street making a lot of noise early in the morning.

Got in real late, about 2 am local time, check in was smooth and efficient.
Had requested a room on upper floors (In Lima people honk their horns at all hours) so the higher up the less traffic noise.
Breakfast buffet was on top floor, on clear days the view was great and the food and service excellent.
Staff does not have many people fluent in English, but are helpful and eventually handled all of our requests.
Only a few minor complaints, being on a top floor water pressure was low, air circulation in room was poor, bathroom would benefit from a vent fan. Also although they have the hang towels to reuse, everytime housekeeping changed towels.

Very nice, for Peruvian standards

The staff at this hotel were very helpful, and the free breakfast buffet was good. I couldn't get the WiFi to work with my laptop for some reason, but they do have a Business Center where you can get online. The location in Miraflores is not spectacularly awesome, but it's good, not too far from the coast, and not too long of a walk to Avenida Arequipa if you want to catch a microbus to el centro.
I had two disappointments with the hotel. First, I had a very comfortable but patchy night's sleep... there were noises coming both from the street and inside the hotel. The other was that one of the reasons I booked the hotel was because I saw it had a "fitness center," but this turned out to have merely a weight machine that you can't really do much with and an old stationary bike.

Hotel is located in the quietier neighbourhood of San Isidro. Easy to get to and close to a major avenue, although there are few amenities within walking distance of the hotel.
The hotel is dated, although they have tried to paint up the old lady. I knew I wanted to stay in San Isidro and achieved that objective. I made my booking via the internet after reading the reviews, and after staying there thought it was reasonably expensive for what you get.
My search will continue for a better hotel in that price range in San Isidro as I do not think I will go back

Was in lima to relax for the weekend.Very rude hostess, would not let us check in because they did not have it in their system even when shown the reservation confirmation, alleged she did not know of web site [@], had to wait till after 9pm (very inconvenient).we have never been through this before.

Small kitchen as well as many others amenities. A dedicated line has been implemented in each Suite room to connect laptop or computer providing Internet Service on a complimentary basis.
Its cozy and elegant Lobby the well-know restaurant Los Cristales two well equipped Meeting Rooms its comfortable Business Center and many other facilities creates a warm and calid atmosphere making our guests to feel not so far from home.

I'd give this place 4 stars. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was great. Also pretty good location to the central square in Miraflores.

The hotel was great. Centro has a few advantages, but mostly we were headed on a reasonably long taxi ride to elsewhere. That's the only downside.

Overall a good hotel. A little old but close to the centre, about a kilometre to the central shops and square. the area is a little quiet and lonely at night, across a national monument. Not the highest standard experienced in a Sheraton but ok. If the rates is on offer it is worth staying.

The purpose of the trip was a visit with my daughter and her family. They are in Lima for a year. Our trip included visiting at her home and visiting at the hotel. One day the children were excited to swim at the hotel pool.
The staff was entirely gracious. The restaurant was excellent and the servers were very professional and kind.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crown Plaza Lima Hotel. The room was just barely shy of lavish and the food in the hotel restaurant was incredible! The pool and gym on the third floor were a very nice distraction from a busy day. The hotel staff made it a point to remember our names and worked tirelessly to make us comfortable and happy. The concierge was extremely helpful when my daughter was suffering from altitude sickness. We can't wait to return!

The hotel was friendly and accommodating. We had a difficult time getting wireless in our room and the staff brought up a router. The concierge could have been better. He advised us to go to a sushi restaurant but did not make reservations. When we arrived we could not get in. We made reservations for the next day ourselves. Otherwise, a decent breakfast buffet. If you want strong coffee, there is a cafe attached to the hotel. Nice piano bar during cocktail hour. It appears there are lots of tourists.

Is located in the center of Miraflores district and evrything is by the hotel, 24h opened super market is just cross t he street, and many restaurants are nearby, thogh I didn't dine out as the room s well equipped kichinnette in the room.
Room is quite confortable and could stay as like at home.
The inside swimming pool is also nice and opened all day along,
so I could relax after walking around the area. All the staff are so kind and helpfull, to visiting the city or to go shop,
The limousine service by the hotel are very safe and honest, and helpfull, as I wasn't shure to catch the local transportation, the driver acompanies you to the very place you want to go, even out the car.
I had difinitly great time staying there, althogh the elevator are under maintenance and sometimes we had to walk up and down the
stairs,,,,,I storngly recomend this hotel to anyone want to enjoy the city and stay confort, and I myself will return this place the next stay in Lima.

When I checked into the Hotel I was very happy to see the HUGE SUITE, I had for my family and me. There was two floors plenty of bathrooms and tons of space. The kichen was amazing with a large full size refrigerator. Cross the street, like 1 min away was a very moderen super market. Like a whole foods in the States. So we would fill up with goodies everyday. The hotel gym is fantastic. Im very particular about my gyms and this one was perfect. Clean, moderen, wonderful. The room was very clean and staff was fantasic. The only bad thing was my bill. I stayed for 7 days and to be honest did not see how much I paid for the suit. I was a bit surprised when it came to $2,689 DOLLARS. For Lima that is a lot of $$ But what realy offended me was that breakfast was NOT INCLUDED!! I went to the front desk to ask why not. They said that Orbits did not include it, but they do usally add it them selves. Also If I was to have booked threw them it would of been CHEAPER !! Plus I would of had a FREE MASSAGE, DAILY BREAKFEST FOR 2!! When I checked out the hotel charged my 74 year old Peruvian Mother 250 soles for drinks from the fridge. I just checked my amex bill and saw they charged me $250 DOLLARS for the same thing. Im still in Peru and will be returning to the hotel to get this fixed. Im now in the Double tree. Half the price, great breakfest "included" great gym, plus love the daily warm cookie!!
Peru is wonderful. Now matter what you will have a great time.

Is a great hotel to stay in Lima! It is located in San Isidro which is a very nice and safe area. The hotel has wonderful spaces and very confortable. The rooms are clean. The staff made us feel as home.
