I didn't go to this hotel but my wife and sister in law did and they had a great experience here. From the room, staff, and food. Couldn't ask for more. Excellent staff, from hotel front desk to the breakfast staff, and the maids that fixed the rooms. Ill make sure to stay here when I come to visit. Thank you Microtel for making my family happy on their visit to Baguio.

It took me 30 yrs to come back to the Philippines and my husband and I were miserable until we got to this hotel. The staff bent over backwards for us to be comfortable. The hotel is a few years new. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Baguio City, Philippines.

The hotel is in the downtown area adjacent to the famous Burnham Park. The location of the hotel offers you an opportunity to explore the park and the downtown area, including close proximity to the SM Mall. The basic hotel room is large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff are incredibly professional and friendly. Our driver was given a nice room for his stay and enjoyed his experience too. Parking in the hotel garage was free and easy for our driver. We enjoyed a great dinner, with wine, in the hotel restaurant, which surprised us. The breakfast experience was just as pleasant. I recommend this hotel.

Great town and great hotel

went to baguio to sightsee and shoot photos. hotel arranged a great guide and price was reasonable. rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and i never had any needs that weren't met. parking is off the street, but just barely, so you'll need someone to 'spot' you as you back out or, better yet, back into your space.
