- This room is situated at the Main Wing, offers one king or twin bed with 34 sq m area with its own private balcony overlooking the pool/sea/gardens - coffee & tea making facilities, mini bar, cable TV, in room safe broadband internet access, IDD telephones with bathroom extension and voicemail.

A+ For Shangri-La Mactan Resort!
What can I say? This place is amazing!!! Not only is the staff there to make your every wish realized, but the facilities/room are top notch. The room was comfortable (had fresh mango's when we arrived) and clean. We went down for a swim at 7pm and when we returned we found the corners of our comforter folded over with a little note along with slippers placed at the sides of the bed and fresh complimentary waters on the night stand! It's as if they were hiding under our bed waiting for us to leave before sprucing up the place. I'd recommend this place in a heart beat... Food at the restaurant was amazing as well, try the lambchop! Overall outstanding!

Service was friendly and helpful
Service was friendly and helpful notwithstanding the hotel was fully booked that day. We were upgraded from Superior to Premier. There was no charge for internet access nor the extra bed nor the New Year's countdown party. But the rate was 470+ that day. The kids brought leftover bread from breakfast and headed to the beach to feed the birds and fish. There was one fish with a remora, it truly made their day.

I have travelled all over the world and the facilities at this hotel were comparable or better than most of the best hotels I've experienced. Particularly the care and friendliness shown me by the staff could not have been better. I cannot think of anything the hotel or its staff could have done to make things better. This assessment includes comparing my stay at the hotel to my stay at the seven star Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Great getaway!!
What can be said about any Shangri-La hotel except the very best of everything from the amenities to the most professional staff and some of the best meals that can be provided by mankind. The breakfast was out of this world and again the staff was very courteous and helpful paying attention to every detail. I would recommend this resort to anyone from young to old, single or married, families, etc. Have fun!!

とにかく大満足の滞在でした。 出発前は、連休であることもあり、混雑を心配していたのですが、滞在中はゆったりのんびり、素敵な時間を満喫することができました♪ お部屋もビーチもプールもスパも大満足です。朝食もかなり充実していました！
