I had a great time, very clean room, and very friendly staff, I would go back there again.food was excellent.

yes i did do while when were there,i miss not had more time there.this trip was fantastic to compare with previous trips.

This hotel is a complete and utter dive. You have to drive through a giant no tell..motel.. to get to the reception area for regency. No hot water in the room, regardless of day or night. No complimentary drinking water in room, which would be helpful, since room water was labeled not potable and was an off brown color. Took forever to get a cab as the place is far off the beaten path. There is nothing close by for food or convenience store items. 50's diner is expensive and poor quality breakfast buffet was cold. We purchased a pizza and gave it to some street kids by gaisono mall. The kids took a bite and then threw the pizza down and wouldnt eat it... it was that bad.. Sometimes the staff is trying to be too helpful. There is not a do not disturb knob hanger in the place. Each morning, the staff would call to see if we wanted the room cleaned. The restaurant would call to see if we wanted breakfast... Overall, the room was big, but outdated. The CR was dirty and tiny. With the water problem (brown and stinky and no hot water in shower, this was the biggest drawback of the place. The funniest item was the pool. It has a nice size pool in the center of the hotel. When it was thunder and lightening, the pool was open. When it was sunny and hot, the pool was closed. Had big signs on both ends saying no swimming. Stick with Marco Polo.

i did not like this hotel at all. i stayed 2 days and could not get any water out of faucet or shower at all and had to call front desk every time i needed water which was also cold . i believe they shut ff water during day in hotel to save money and when they turned it on it was only cold. very poor for a suppossed good rated hotel

チェックインの際、予約していたタイプの部屋は無いと言われた。なぜ？　何のための予約だと思っているの？　代わりに広い部屋を用意しましたとのことでしたが、ただ広いだけ。雨漏りはするし、バルコニーの鍵が壊れているし、どうなっているのでしょう。。。。。 ホテルにプールはありましたが、大雨のときには周りに降った雨がそのまま流れ込む感じで、清潔感が無かったです。 もう、このホテルに泊まることはないでしょう。
