Do NOT stay at this hotel !!!
I am very dis satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Staff was not friendly or helpfull at all. Had bugs all over in room all over coffee cups and anything you had laying out. Was way overcharged for services and also was charged for things out of the fridge that wasn't even used. When talked to management they wouldn't even do anything about it.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to get stuck with charges you didn't have and have to go through fighting charges with credit card company.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel.
I loved it here and even extended my stay. We had a great time. It's a romantic atmosphere but also good for business travelers. Very beautiful and tropical. The pool was excellent and clean. Breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had and friendliest hotel staff ever. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Relaxation after a day of business
I was on business and took a day off in the middle of the trip at the Insular. It was great, on the ocean it had a great tropical feel. The food was good and the rooms very comfortable. It all came together for the perfect day off.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff in ALL areas extremely helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to accommodate some of our quirky requests - like big coffee cups/mugs at breakfast. Only negative is polluted beach at this location - not hotels fault though. Will definitely stay there again next visit.

a great place to stay
the stay at the hotel was a wonderful. the staff was very nice and would always greet you. the security is very good so there is no worry staying there. you can sleep at night nowing that you are safe. This is a really good place to stay would recomed it for travelers staying in davo.

a first class hotel outside Davao City, nicely located in a park close to the beach. Own swimming pool and a couple of restaurants inside the resort-like hotel area.
