Great staff,food and location.

On the plus side> 1.The exemplary professionalism and courteousness of the staff blew us away. 2.The exceptional high quality of the food here blew us away. 3.The location of the hotel was advantageous to our needs. On the negative side> 1.If this hotel had a swimming pool it would be just awesome. 2.They should fully manage the airport shuttle bus and taxi services and not use 3rd parties. 3.Can't think of a 3rd. After spending 5 nights here with my partner and 1yr old , we were very satisfied with the service we received and feel we got good value for money.The staff always seemed willing to go the extra mile to accomodate our needs.When i return to Manila i see no reason to look elsewhere for a hotel.

GREAT JOB LANCASTER!!!

Me and my husband stayed there just to relax. We had a great time staying in Lancaster Manila Hotel. We stayed in Junior Suite in 16th floor. It's quite affordable, the food was GREAT! The staff was nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. GREAT JOB LANCASTER! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! :)
