Hotel is a good value for the money

City garden hotels always provide a clean, comfortable environment. The staff is professional,friendly and are very accomodating to any needs that a traveler might have.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

Manila bay has some wonderdul restaurant with very nice views of the ocean. Enjoy picturesque sunsets while your visiting manila.

I am tired of being allocated

I am tired of being allocated a similar room no matter whether it is supposed to be deluxe or just standard (and price is different). Simply ask to be placed in the new building. Breakfast is great.

very helpful staff, comfortable

very helpful staff, comfortable rooms, good buffet breaky, a few dodgy characters loitering around outside so maybe best to take a cab if not sure, cabs very cheap and make them use the meter

新館　５１５号室に宿泊（４１５号室も同じ設備・仕様） ＠予

新館　５１５号室に宿泊（４１５号室も同じ設備・仕様） ＠予約時の指定内容と違っていた。 　・バスタブ付きの部屋を指定したのに、シャワーのみだった。（チェックイン時ク　　レームを突けたら、空いてないという事で、翌日から部屋を変えてくれた。） 　・今回同時に２部屋予約、喫煙ルームを指定したのに、友人の部屋は禁煙で　　した。 ＠エアコンの位置が悪く不快！ 　部屋の中に突き出した柱の側面にだけ（片側だけ）、エアコンの吹き出し口が　有り、部屋の半分は良く効いていたが、もう半分には風が回らず暑かった。 　 ラックスルームで予約したのに、２泊目以降の部屋よりも狭かった。
