Dusit Thani Hotel Manila

a fabulous experience from the moment you step into the lobby. The staff was right there to satisfy your needs. The interior was beautiful and the air that circulated through the hotel was a joy to breathe, felt like I was standing in the healthiest place on earth. I would definitely stay their again.

Excellent services, food, and location. It is a beautiful hotel to stay in. Christmas decorations are beautiful and merry. The breakfast buffet is the best of all hotels in Manila. Staff is very friendly and gracious. It is a must to book the room with the breakfast included. Will always stay there during my stay in Makati. Close to shopping centers.

this hotel was nice. it was located near all the places that I wanted to go to and walking distance too. Staff was excellent!

It's perfectly located close to all the shopping malls and it is a great hotel with great service. Had an excellent stay. Will definitely recommend to my friends though the price is high.

I tried all the restaurants: The best mango daquiri at the lobby bar (Fiesta) Room was made up daily; the room cleaners were great. All workers were very attentive. The food promotions were great - Pomfret at the Thai restaurant - was great. Service was also great. UMU was a pleasant experience. The sushi and sashimi were very fresh. (I think - the dishes were a little overpriced) Hotel promo was the best! This was my second time to stay here -- and the experience is as good or better than before.

I checked in the hotel for 3 days waiting for my departure to the US. What I noticed at the lobby bar, I was ignored by the staff just because I was one of them, a fellow Filipino. Everytime a foreigner sits at a chair, the hostess immediately attends to them and ask if they need any refreshments or drinks. I felt ignored and this incident happened at least 3 times.

The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and reasonably helpful and accomodating. I was not completely happy with the room size ...a bit smallish. And the mattress and pillows ... Yikes! They were not all that comfortable and for the price, I felt it should have been better ... My girlfriend , who never complains, even agreed ... hotel needs to spend some attention to their mattress situation. The breakfast was excellent even if no one can cook an egg over easy ... the buffet was plentiful and tasty. The hotel is located next to a fine shopping mall (Glorietta) so we enjoyed the shopping and even went to see several movies at the theater. Excellent restaurants nearby like Tony Romas and Outback steakhouse provided nice dinner fare ( and they deliver to hotel if that suits you). We spent some time at the Aquarium , Museums, and even went to an indoor pistol range to "pop a few caps". Although the hotel didnt arrange these things, they did provide a vehicle at a pricey per hour charge (better by te day or half day) . The good part about the hotel car is we were well cared for by our drivers, who went , I believe, above the call of duty to accompany us advise us and watch out for us if we were acting too "touristy". Until I find a reason to stop or a better place Dusit Thani will be my "camp" when Im in manila.
