Great location
Close to EDSA SHRINE, easy access to ROBINSONS GALLERIA mall (which is best feature of the hotel), metro station is close. Rooms and bathroom facilities are clean & comfortable.

Holiday Inn at Ortigas stay

Great hotel to stay.
i would recommend this hotel. Rooms are nice. Very convient because it is next to Robinsons Galleria mall. The only complaint is slow elevator.

Bad staff
It was not the best trip had to Manila. When I checked in the clerk said that my room was smoking. I told her no I reserved a non-smoking room. I showed her a copy of my reservation and then she said that they did not have any non-smoking rooms. I went to the room and it smeelled like someone had smoked a box of cigarates in the room. I have allergies with cigarate smoke and could not stay in the room. I went back down to talk with a manager and was given a non-smoking roon in two minutes. I then asked about the internet and was told it was not free. I said please look at my reservation because it is free. I had to speak with four different people to get the internet free.

Visit to Manila
I was only in Manila two nights and a day to visit a friend. The hotel was super convenient to my friend's location. The hotel had nice freebies in the room and had a free drink at Bar One. The bed was wonderful! The wake up was right on time with a pleasant follow up ten minutes later. I had to call room service back to open my non-twist off bottle cap, otherwise the staff was excellent. I felt I was in top notch hotel but the pricing was moderate. Win, win, win!

Could be better
The biggest Pro for this hotel is its location, close to everything we visited while we were there. The connection with the Galleria mall also is a plus. Staff were very attentive to our needs, and were courteous. The furnishings though are getting worn and dated. Overall, I guess, OK for the price.

Holiday Inn Galleria Manila
This was a great hotel experience. Possibly the best Holiday Inn we have ever stayed in. Great Price,Great view of the city from our room,the location is perfect cause it's right next to a huge mall and very convenient for other local shopping areas like Green Hills, Clubs, and the ABS-CBN studios. The only thing that could have made this stay perfect is if the Hotel provided free WiFi. It does offer wifi, but you pay for it hourly,daily,or weekly, but the price isn't that bad

The room was very nice, but as i am a big man the sitting chairs were rather uncomfortable; but that is my problem. The Hotel was mentioned to have a breakfast buffet included in the price, I thought, but it was not. Also the hotel has internet but for a cost, which was very surprising at a higher end establishment. Over all it was a nice facility and enjoyable.
