I could not have wishes for anything better
I would go back to this hotel without hesitation at any time. The first attempt with my Royal Bank VISA card at final payment time, failed for some unknown reason. This troubled me of course. I wondered what would happen if further attempts were unsuccessful. I did have alternatives but they were time consuming.

I always stay at this hotel but this time it was lacking of special attention. For instance, I requested an extra pillows and towels but they did not come at all. The charges for an extra bed was very expensive. The wi-fi was very bad, you have to buy a card to access it, with many hotel offering free wi-fi connection, this hotel needs to be with other hotels. The room needs to be updated and the bathroom needs some make-over. But the location to the airport is good.

the hotel was nice, saff was great, but I gave it a 3 for several reasons.one is there is no directory in the room showing the hotel amenities or services or menus describing the food. the other reason was the rooms cleanliness can be better. dirty smedges on the night tables n walls, can be improved. hotel car to airport more expenive than taxi

The Heritage Hotel Manila
Nice place to stay. I had a flight out the next day to Cagayan De Oro. Friendly staff. The breakfast was really nice!!!

Nice Hotel Close to Mall of Asia
This hotel is fairly nice that is close to the bigest mall in Manila. Internet is not free and very expensive If you use the in room bar it is very expensive. $3.50 for 1 bottle of water(10 ozs) Rooms are clean. Employees are friendly and helpfull. Over all I would stay in this hotel again only at a discount rate. 145 US dollar is to much.

nice but expensive
The Heritage is a very beautiful hotel, both in the main areas and the rooms. It is very clean and comfortable. However, it is also very expensive. Besides the actual price of the room, everything has a steep charge associated with it. The room has internet, but it costs $15 a day to use it. Local calls on the hotel telephone are around $3.50 a minute, and while the hotel offers transportation to and from the airport, that too will cost you about $15 for a five minute drive. The rooms at this hotel are not cheap, especially for the Philippines, so I would expect these services to be included at no additional charge. On the plus side, they do provide a free shuttle to the Mall of Asia every couple hours. All in all, it is a very nice hotel. However, I am not so sure about the value.

The staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Great location and there was a free shuttle to MOA. Pool not too large compared to others but large enough for us since we were the only one who used it at the time of our stay. Internet access was very expensive. :) Overall, good value for the amount spent and will recommend to others.
