I AM MEMBER OF "A-CLUB" AND KNOW MANY HOTELS OF ACCOR GROUP. THE CRAKOW NOVOTEL NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT. AUG 3 ARRIVED AT BFAST ROOM. WAS TOLD IT WAS 10 MINUTES LATE BUT TO SIT DOWN AND TAKE BFAST FROM BUFFET. BY THE TIME I HALF FILLED MY CEREAL BOWL THEY PRESENTED A BILL FOR ZLOTY 126. STATED MY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED AND THAT I MUST PAY CASH IMMEDIATELY. I WENT TO FRONT DESK WHOM INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAD OVERLOOKED ASKING FOR CREDIT CARD AT CHECKIN. THEY HAPPY TO GET CREDIT CARD BUT ADAMANTLY REFUSED TO CREDIT ANY PORTION OF SO-CALLED BFAST. I TRAVEL OVER 200 HOTEL NIGHTS ANNUALLY. MANY ACCOR HOTELS ARE OK. CRAKOW ZENTRUM IS THE WORST. SO CALLED EXECUTIVE SUITE IS CAUSE FOR LAUGHTER. LACKS FURNITURE. ONE GOOD ITEM IS THEIR BAR; GOOD BAR-KEEPER WITH FRIENDLY ATTITUDE. THE REST OF PERSONNEL DONT UNDERSTAND MEANING OF HOSPITALITY. ORBITZ SHOULD CLEARLY SPECIFY WHAT IS AND WHAT ISN'T INCLUDED IN HOTEL DEALS.
