Excellent room
The room was one of the largest we've had during a stay in Europe. An interesting twist is that they charge for Wi-fi in the room but it is complimentary in the public areas.

Extortionate Breakfast
The overall hotel experience was good, however one morning when we were in a hurry we decided to have a breakfast in the hotel and it cost us nearly 200 Zlotis (we had been paying 45 Zlotis for an absolutely gorgeous breakfast in Market Square previously). Although we expected it to cost more it was not worth nearly 4x more!

Try Europejska in Market Square for lovely, excellent value breakfasts. I would also recommend obtaining a copy of Krakow in your pocket as an invaluable source of info.

New Year break
Hotel was brilliant: the staff were lovely, the room was very clean and comfortable, room service was speedy and the new year's eve dinner was amazing! The gym and pool are small, but decent (although they could turn the air-con up in the gym as it was VERY hot in there!). The location of the hotel means that the old town and Jewish quarter were an easily walkable distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Auschwitz is a must; sobering trip, but very necessary. The salt mines are definitely worth a look. Organised trips for these are the way forward, especially Auschwitz. We used Krakow City Tours for both and found them very reasonably priced and good.

Weekend break
Really liked this hotel, staff were very friendly, breakfast selection was excellent. My only gripe was that the food and drink in the hotel were a little pricey compared to the rest of the town. Made up for it though with some excellent service. And a nice little touch, with the Christmas present on the door on our last day In a grand spot, not too far away from the main square. Would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Krakow

Good, central location
Very nice, modern hotel. Better for business travelers as it is very large & not intimate. Staff was very professional, handled requests quickly and without hesitation. [...].Beautiful atrium and very nice bar with a huge selection of Polish Vodka to taste. Located minutes from the castle, river and to the main square with plenty of dining options if you choose not to dine at the hotel.

Great hotel, nice location
The hotel was nicely situated next to Wawel Castle and close walking distance to the Old Town and a lot of restaurants. It was also fairly close to the train station, so the taxi ride over was fairly cheap (under 20 zloty). The hotel staff was friendly and spoke English. Only negative aspect of the hotel is the really expensive breakfast that is not included - it looked good, but definitely too pricey. Fortunately, there were a lot of great breakfast options nearby.
