High quality hotel in business area
Hotel was within walking distance from train station which was great in the City Center which seemed like great area for business travelers. Was about a 20+ minute walk to the more touristy area of Old Town and other sites. Room is what you would expect of an InterContinenal and staff was excellent. Didn't spend a lot of time in hotel to take advantage of facitlities but an amazing gym and swimming pool at the top of hotel with great views of cities. Was a bit annoying that your key would only work to get you to your floor and public floors. So it was impossible to visit a friend's room without meeting in public area. Warsaw seems to have a lot of construction going on to get ready for Euro 2012. Old town area was small but very popular. ate at typical polish restaurant called Podwale which had way too much food, but fun experience. Not much shopping and limited other sites. Did go to park where Chopin's statue is for a Sunday concert in the park with pianist playing his music. was quite pleasant and nice to get something for free :). Not sure it is a city I would visit again unless there was a reason, but pleasant place to see once.

This is one of the best hotels
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Superb service and friendly, excellent breakfast. What ever you needed or asked you got a very quick response. Big rooms, big beds, bathroom with both shower and bath tub. Took 15 minutes to walk to the main interest points.
