Looks like a left over from the bad old days, but in fact very nicely upgraded - beautiful rooms with plenty of space and pleasant public areas. Parking a bit awkward and pricey (so plenty of spaces!) In a quiet area, but an easy walk to the local tourist action spots.

FANTASTIC
tHE HOTEL IS GREAT.nICE services.I just wished I knew that drinks in my refrigerator were not free.They charged me 130 zl, which is ok since I should have asked probably.anyway the location is prime..everything is close.train station is like 10 mins walk or 2 stops from tram..hotel staff was great.overall great experience.i will go back

very nice, tidy and with good location
Hotel was very nice, comfortable, and it was kind of wow for me and my girl when we saw it. I will definitely stay there again.

Mercure Grand rocks the house
I am an American, traveling for the first time to Poland. The staff were very helpful in providing me maps and information about cabs, busses, etc. Room was very clean, cozy, and provided everything I needed. Would certainly stay there again.

Nice hotel
The hotel is not far from Central Train Station, about 2 tram stops. The room is in general comfortable. The hotel also provides sauna and a fitness center in the hotel basement.

Excelente hotel con muy buena
Excelente hotel con muy buena relacion calidad precio y bastante bien situado. El personal era muy amabla, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que haga falta. El unico punto a mejorar seria el gimnasio, ya que funciona de un modo self service por lo que esta un poco abandonado (por ejemplo la sauna no funcionaba bien, etc.)

Muito bem localizado, perto da
Muito bem localizado, perto da Estação Central de Trens/ônibus e perto de um excelente shopping. Pessoal atencioso (como todos os poloneses com quem mantive contato). Varsóvia é linda, limpa e segura. Vale a viagem!
