Vraiment un 5 étoiles!!!
Nous aimons séjourner dans cet hôtel! Il est l'un des meilleurs quartiers de l'Algarve, Albufeira et la qualité est exceptionnelle ici. La piscine est superbe et le personnel très attentionné et serviable. Il est un bon hôtel pour les couples et les familles. Nous sommes très heureux avec la salle, nous avons choisi une suite familiale en face du lac!

Keine 5 Sterne!!
Wir waren vom 14.-23.10.2011 im Hotel Pestana einquartiert. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich; die Reception hat sich immer sehr bemüht (Abschlagszeiten reservieren etc.). Das Zimmer ist i.O.; entspricht jedoch nicht 5 Sternen. Im Zimmer unserer Bekannten waren jedoch die Vorhänge zerlöchert. Die Pool-Anlage ist unsauber und ungepflegt. Die Liegestühle sind dreckig und viele sind defekt. Überall liegen Zigarettenstummel herum und Geschirr wird nicht abgeräumt. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich ist sehr, sehr unfreundlich. Hier fragt man sich: wer ist Gast? Auch hier ist alles dreckig und ungepflegt. Eindeutig fehlt im ganzen Hotel die FÜHRUNG. Die Mitarbeiter werden überhaupt nicht überwacht und es interessiert niemanden. Auch unser Feedback vor Ort hat nichts bewirkt; man ist nicht einmal darauf eingegangen. Ähnliche Erfahrungen haben wir auf Port Santo in einem Pestana gemacht. Unser Fazit: never again Pestana!!!
