Vitasol Park Hotel

This was a fantastic apartment and would be great for a week long holiday stay. The view from the large balcony was excellent and the apartments themselves are not far from the train or bus station (although you have to climb a bit of a hill if you are on foot). Note that the location is marked incorrectly on Google Maps (search for "Hotel Marina Park" instead). It's a ten minute walk to the nearest supermarket - the mini mart opposite reception is good for one or two items but is very expensive by comparison. The beach (Meia Praia) and/or shops are a 15-20 minute walk away. Our only complaint about the apartment was the lack of items such as dishwashing liquid, a dish brush, washing machine powder and a clothes horse. Considering there is a washing machine and self catering is a primary reason for staying in an apartment, it would have been logical and extremely helpful to provide these things. As we were only staying for three nights - and we were backpacking - it was very inconvenient to have to buy full bottles of washing liquids. Overall though, this is a good accommodation choice and exceptional value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to go back.

Limpio, amplio, cómodo, bien ubicado (si llevas coche), tranquilo, ... pero son apartamentos, no un hotel (no busques "Servicio de habitaciones" "telefono en habitaciones" o que recepción sirva para algo mas que recibirte y facturarte.
