Acueil agréable du personnel, parle français . L'hôtel est proche du centre ville ,mais calme. bon point de départ pour la découverte de la ville. Les gens sont accueillants, ensuite déguster les saveurs locales, le poisson et les pâtisseries sont à l'honneur. N'oubliez pas de faire un tour à Béléem.

I travled to lisbon with my elderly grandmother. This Hotel had easy access to the Airport and subway. The elevators were a little narrow, but we found that to be true around the country. They had a pretty decent breakfast, it did get mundane though. There are several small shoping markets in the area to by food in water if you do not want to go out. I would recommend this place to other travelers and would go back again.

Very good cost benefit. Clean hotel, friendly employees. Free and safe Parking, good lounge.

hôtel de centre ville (3 stations de métro) très correct au niveau de la chambre, propre et agréable. Par contre le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas très disponible; mieux vaut ne pas avoir de renseignements à demander. petit déjeuner assez pauvre, avec une seule personne (bien dépassée) pour gérer tous les clients. Il faut parfois attendre bien longtemps pour avoir de l'eau chaude pour le thé ou pour que les containers à café et jus de fruits soient réapprovisionnés.

I found that the premises looked good and the location is very convenient. The room was pretty but service was not great, as our rubbish bin was not emptied and carpets were definitely not hovered throughout the 3-night stay. Coffee was lukewarm and not freshly brewed, just ordinary instant coffee - otherwise good breakfast selection.

Das Hotel liegt optimal zwischen den Metrostationen Anjos und Intendente (ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg). Haltestelle der Electrico 28 in gleicher Entfernung. Optimal für alle die eine Stadterkundung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln planen.

Hyvä hotelli ja kävelyetäisyydellä keskustasta. Julkinen liikenne vieressä. Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Hyvä aamiainen.

Tired and very basic. We had to ask for a bulb for the bedside light, the shower attachment to the wall was broken, there was no plug for the bath and none available in the hotel. Towels were old, one had a large rip in it. It needs urgent refurbishment. We go to Lisbon fairly regularly and would not consider using this hotel again.

We went to Lisbon to visit the city and its historical sights. The hotel is located right next to a bus stop which takes you to one of the central squares of the city. From this point you can get to most places of interest by taking either a tram or another bus or the metro. Also a short walk will take you to the metro station from the hotel. Take a cab from the airport if you are not familiar with the city. Bus #22 from the airport will get you close to the hotel but unless you know where you are going it's a challenge to get to the hotel (unless you are a very good map reader and can orient yourself after you are dropped off by the bus). Rooms are very small and the hotel staff is friendly. Staff is able to speak English and answer simple uncomplicated questions. Bathroom was adequate. Everything was in working order but not fancy. Complimentary breakfast was good - same fare every morning. Coffee was delicious!! The neighborhood around the hotel itself is safe - not many restaurants however, nor any night life. For a basic place to stay where your focus is on sightseeing and coming back to the hotel only to sleep it fits the bill and the pocketbook.

Très bon petit hôtel avec un acceuil vraiment chaleureux. Hôtel sympatique et assez bien placé (juste à côté du métro et en centre ville). Un petit jardin au 2ème étage vraiment superbe. Je recommande ce pouso d'autant plus qu'il va être rénové au mois d'août 2010 donc climatisation et accès wii fi seront les bienvenus.

great location for price, only 15-20 mins walk into centre of Lisbon, metro 2 mins away.. very modern and well laid out hotel - used space very well..

This is a great place if you like modest accomodation with a touch of eccentricity and a local flavour. If you like sleek anonymous international hotels, this is not it. Here, the lights don't always come on in the stairs, the windows don't always shutter down in the bathroom, and the breakfast is basic- but who cares if the place has atmosphere? And the receoption staff are very friendly and the wifi at reception is solid. It's only 7 minutes walk from the Avenida de Liberdade as well.
